But the reality is it requires a really high volume of content and every one of these videos usually requires some sort of editing or some sort of overengineering. Um you also struggle with the lead quality. You get a lot of tower kickers on short form content man because
actually pull up AI Fusion Masters uh profile since we'll be talking about him. So, he does these kind of like AI president type videos and is super successful at that. So, what I can do is be like, okay, he has this model of buff giants, right? maybe I want to take this and put a spin...going to do that niche, we need to make some content, right? So, we'll say buffed uh Obama wearing designer clothing on a runway. uh shoot that off. And you can also upload reference images here. Uh so if you know had specific people that might not be as well known or uh you know using your friends
want to give it away, but I just want to share that, hey, this actually works, right? So, this client, let's just call her Luna for this video. Um, she basically reached out to certain companies in these industries, these CEOs. There's one where they're doing annual revenue of 39 million. Reached out, hey, I'm going...like this is a regular person. She re recently just quit her job to go all in to build her AI business. So, she kind of has um some runway, you know, to make this work. And just like one or two months quitting her job, she got these kind of leads. You know, this is really a game changer
gravel, showcasing the car's controller speed. So, I think, you know, depending on what you actually want here, you know, you're really going to have to judge. Runway Gen 4 doesn't really look that best here. But here's the thing about, you know, generative AI is that all of these responses are going to be different...three are going to be terrible or sometimes the first two are going to be good and the next terrible. So that's one thing when it comes to video models. You do have to burn through a lot of credits to kind of gauge if the model can actually do what you're asking it to do and sometimes
only has text to video there's no image to video capabilities or camera motion or any advanced features it's just text to video that's how all video tools usually start then they add things later on the generations are 6C long with no manual controls again this is the first release of the tool that...amazing and I'll leave with one last comment here on why I actually think this tool might be even better than the current state-of-the-art with Runway genre Luma laabs dream machine and cling the anatomy and the hands in this model are almost Flawless most of the time they must have really watched out for that

said before the photo realism here is incredible I mean looking at this character you know many people on Twitter would always talk about how oh this you know video has you know morphing it has this had that I truly want to know what is wrong with this clip because other than it being a little bit slow...kind of look at things there but I think this is definitely super impressive so overall I think this model is genuinely super impressive because I think what Runway have showed us is that their research and the foundations and the things that they've actually you know spoken about such as their General World models and basically Runway actually
have a big release. Runway came out with a brand new foundational model, the successor to Gen 3. They're calling it Gen 4, and I'm about to show you a bunch of comparisons to some of the other best models in the space. So, let's do it. Okay. And right away, even from the first example...just really trying to be nitpicky here, but you can make up your own mind based on these examples. And we did run a few extra image to video tests here. So, we'll show both the images and the resulting videos here. So, this first one was really easy and it handled it quite well, but the other ones
finding this advice useful and you want to make sure you apply it in your life, but you're worried that once you click off of this video, you're going to forget about it. Nothing's going to change. What if there was a way that every single week you could get a reminder about what you need...short term. It's almost like we built a git for video internally, but it's gotten so much easier, right? And there's so much abstraction for us to sit on top of. And now AI is this new abstraction that...would say that's true today because you know I run a company and I want to make sure that things happen quickly because you were always thinking runway. — But I feel like I when I sometimes when I talk to young engineers, they almost feel like it's a little bit purposeless, right?
