capture, the name, link, tagline, core job to be done, dependencies, complexity, potential revenue model, and a how it works. then write me a prompt I can give to Claude code to build my own version of each. So basically I'm going to capture the most popular new apps right now on the web and I'm going...have it build me a report on each as well as a prompt for claude code so I can build my own version. One, this helps me just build useful products for myself, but two, this might help me build competitors for popular products right now. So this is going to autonomously do this research

down from 25 minutes. So I can make sure I stay focused during those 25 minutes. I don't know about you, but I get constantly distracted when using Claude Code. It's so good and it works so independently. I am constantly distracted and doom scrolling as it's working. This Pomodoro timer is going to make sure...stay focused. So, how do you set this up for yourself? Well, it's really simple. In Claude Code, if you type in /status line and then type in what you want in your status line, you could put anything. You can completely customize this. So you can say show the weather in San Francisco. Show the current model
think there's something we did uniquely to set up that feedback loop internally? 'Cause I feel like Claude Code has like the best dogfooding cycle I've seen of like any type of product. - Initially, I built it the way that I do any other product, which is just listen to users and make it as easy as possible...listen to users. And I think one part of it is when we built Claude Code, there was just like a single feedback channel in Slack. And anytime anyone had feedback, I would just direct them to that, just be like, "Yeah, post there. " And I feel like people hesitated sometimes a little bit. 'Cause sometimes when you give feedback
unbelievably easy to use. AIS know how to use it. So if you want to accept payments, all you would need to do is go to your AI Claude code say, "Hey, can you implement Stripe so I can start accepting payments? " And it'll walk through. And as you're doing these, if you have any questions or things...implement this? What's what does this work? I don't know what this is doing or can you explain this to me? " And Claude Code will explain it to you. It'll walk through step by step how to do each one of these things. O, so you want users to be able to log in, right
that again it's important to realize that if agent one produces this research document this output when it hands its work to the next agent or to claude code the kind of main agent the orchestrator as you can think of him then it only hands off the result and not the entire process. In many cases like...have the ability to create or delete files which can be advantageous in some situations. Also, you can assign certain MCPS to just a certain agent, not to overwhelm claude code. Because if you have a bunch of MCPS, you can assign one to each agent and then just invoke that agent when you need that MCP. And you know
going to take this prompt that we use for AI automation to promote our service and I'm going to plug that into to visual studio code I've selected Claude 3. 7 son it okay and then make sure you're on act mode and instead act mode we're going to plug this in directly all right...back from Lexi so yeah the hybrid reasoning approach is the biggest difference so up to I think it's 200k tokens as far as I'm aware Advanced coding Claude code is coming out as well so that's like a command line tool for atic coding pricing consistent with previous models it says yeah looking good
selection, you can have your subagent implicitly called if you make sure your description feels are, like, specific and action-orientated. So the specific action-orientated, like, description that Claude Code generated for the subagent we made earlier is use this agent when you need to identify performance bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and inefficient code patterns in your codebase. And then...made since the last commit. So I'll press enter over here. And then have this subagent generated too. And we'll give it read-only tools because sometimes Claude Code or Claude for Sonnet can get overenthusiastic. And despite you telling it to only read, it can make some changes. So you don't want to give it more
requests per minute. That's one request every second for free. You get 1,000 requests per day. That's more than most people will ever use. Claude code cost you $50 to $100 per day. Open AI codeex is expensive too. This completely free. You open your terminal, you type one command, and boom, you have an AI agent...just another AI chatbot. This is like having a junior developer, researcher, and content creator all rolled into one. Google just declared war on every other AI coding tool. Claude Code from Anthropic, good luck competing with free open AI codeex. They charge you for everything. Google gives it away. GitHub Copilot. This does way more than just code completion
ever use. Claude Code cost you $50 to $100 per day. Open AI codeex is expensive, too. This completely free. You open your terminal, you type one command, and boom, you have an AI agent that can see your files, read your code, and make changes. But it doesn't just write code. This thing is way more powerful...just another AI chatbot. This is like having a junior developer, researcher, and content creator all rolled into one. Google just declared war on every other AI coding tool. Claude Code from Anthropic. Good luck competing with free. Open AI codeex. They charge you for everything. Google gives it away. trying to get it to come up with an onboarding for Hyposper and there's no real on boarding for the application right now. So I got Claude Code to come up with an onboarding for me and basically this is the one that I came up with. It's like super basic. Doesn't look nice at all right...design? And then it came up with this. And honestly, this isn't really good either. So, I think I might get it to scrap the onboarding completely that Claude code came up with and then just say like come up with a brand new on boarding uh with these steps because I find that when it comes to iterating
leveraging AI's power. For businesses, this week was massive. Better meetings with chat GPT record. Faster content creation with midjourney video and Higsville canvas. More efficient coding with Claude Code MCP. professional 3D assets with 10 cents models. But we also need to think about the human element. AI should amplify human creativity and intelligence, not replace...they can speed up your workflow. If you run meetings, get chat GPT record mode. Better meetings mean better business outcomes. If you're in development, explore Claude Code with MCP. The productivity gains are real. And most importantly, start thinking about conversational search. Google search Live is changing how people find information. Your content strategy needs to evolve. This
want based on whatever business you're interested in and do the work with AI. And think of it like this. Think of the cool tools like Claude, Claude Code, Claude Co-work, OpenClaw even right now. Uh Seed Dance just came out. It is the most insane video model I've ever seen in my life. Nano Banana
real secret. The best coders don't rely on just one AI. They use multiple models for different tasks. Use Gemini for rapid prototyping and visual applications. Use Claude for production code that needs to be professional. Use Quen 3-235B- A22B-2507 when you want to experiment with cuttingedge capabilities. I decided to run the ultimate test. Four...monster just dropped and it's already making waves. This thing is their latest coding powerhouse that's designed to compete with the best. Then we have Claude for Opus, Anthropics coding beast. They claim it's the world's best coding model. It can code for 7 hours straight without stopping. That's like having a developer who never
comments description. And you can see we've got an extra video tutorial that shows you exactly how to set this up. So from here we've now got Claude Code running. Let's install this. And we have this AI agent called Remotion installed inside Claw Code to automate videos. Now, you can use this in many different ways...actually a 10-second animation and then what you can also do here is if you want to customize it or improve it, etc. We could go back into Claude code or back into Claude and say looking at this animation, how can we make this animation more interesting, fun, dopamine inducing, impressive, etc. Map out the storyboard
those things where it's like the product is so good that it just sells itself. Literally everyone on Twitter I know is just like clawed code claude code claw code. That's all I ever hear. And the point I'm trying to make here is that companies have realized that wait a minute like coding is of course
money because you basically are getting $5,000. You can use some of the money you saved to master every single feature of Cloud Code. Free my Claude Code master class that will be linked down below. The birthday sale will be ending soon and once it does, prices may rise because the class is getting more valuable...adding more videos to it. And I do share anything that I'm learning about Claude Code regularly via my newsletter that will be linked down below. And by signing up, you get access to a bunch of free videos as well that I haven't shared before in this YouTube channel. Anyways, I will now be building
following my instructions blindly. It's actually thinking about which agent to use. See how it first reads the research file. Now look, I just said hook agent, but Claude code figured out I meant the viral hookw writer agent we created. It's smart enough to connect the dots. Now, while it's working, let me explain something important...army. research hooks, full scripts, all done automatically while you just sit back and watch. So, we finally did it. From being scared of that word code and thinking Claude code is only meant for developers to building
take this. I'm going to copy this. Everyone should be doing this with their apps. Um, I'm going to in the background here while I have Claude Code up, create a new Google document. I'm going to paste this in and I'm going to Viber app overview. Uh, I'm going to download this...doing right here. So, I'm in chat GBT. I still am of belief. Uh, Chad GBT 5. 2 thinking is the best chatting model out there. Claude code for coding. chat GBT 5. 2 for uh chatting, brainstorming, ideulating, business planning. Right? So, I'm in here. I created a new project Viber for our app and I added
best part. This works with basically every major tool. cursor anti-gravity VS code claude code Gemini CLI any MCP compatible agent stitch is agent agnostic it's not locked to one platform it plays nice with everything now let me explain how you actually set this up I'm not going to show you every command but I want...That's a little annoying, but it's also super secure. Step five is connecting your MCP clients. Could be cursor, could be anti-gravity, could be VS Code, could be Claude, could be Gemini CLI. whatever you use, you plug in your credentials and boom, you're connected. One important thing to know, those tokens expire every hour
Open Claw and the Clawed Code ecosystems each have real strengths and gaps, how do we avoid betting on the wrong one? The answer is we don't. We bet on our process. And this is where it all comes back to skills. Skills are mostly markdown files, sometimes a few scripts and examples, and they define repeatable processes. step...major platforms. You can use skills in OpenClaw, you can use them in cursor. Skills work in codecs and then of course you can use them in claude and claude code and claude co-work. They work everywhere. Now that convergence on a single standard is a huge deal because it means that processes that I'm building
