This way, you and your coach can track their weight loss progress together. Next up, there's the glucose and ketone reader, which comes with testing strips, a lancet, and everything else you might need to test your glucose and ketone levels. Measuring glucose and ketones is important because it helps you and your coach tailor your program to fit your personal needs and ensure you're headed towards your health goals.
