All right, guys. You asked for it. Here it is. This is my entire supplement regimen. I'm g break it down for you from top to bottom. Dr. Ha, double board certified MD. I'm going to tell you guys everything I take. So, number one, which is the most important, is going to be creatine monohydrate. I take five grams a day after my workouts daily. Next one's going to be an algae based omega-3. I like the algae based because it doesn't have that rancid fish odor, but still has the same benefits of having the DHA and EPA that you need from a good omega-3. Next one's going to be D3 K2. I take 5,000 units daily. This is based on my testing because it keeps my levels at about 60 to 80, which is optimal for performance. Keep in mind these two, the omega-3s and the D3 A2 need to be taken with something fatty. And the omegas should be kept in the fridge so they don't oxidize or become rancid. Then I got my magnesiums. I take magnesium 38 in the morning. I take magnesium glycinate in the evening. I like 3nate in the morning because it crosses the bloodb brain barrier. Gives you that cognitive edge and performance I need throughout the day. I like glycinate at night because the glycine in there helps calm your nerves and gets you ready for restful sleep. Then I've got my liposomaal bourberine helps give me a metabolic edge and helps me kind of control my appetite naturally to the point where I'm not overindulging or overeating. I like my NAC. NAC is a precursor to glutathione. It's only one amino acid big as opposed to glutathione which is three amino acids big. So it's easier to absorb and it's actually been shown in studies to improve your glutathione levels greater than glutathione by itself. And so this is great for cellular detox. Last but not least is my multivitamin. This is marketed as for men 40 plus. I am not 40 plus yet, but I will say it has a lot of great men's health nutrients in here. It's got salt, palmetto, and pyam, which is really good for prostate health and for DHT balance. It's got zinc, selenium, and boron, which if you watch my other videos, these are great minerals for men's health. This is a great men's health supplement. Even if you're not 40, if you're close to 40, it still has everything you need. And guys, so it's important to know that while these supplements work really, really well for me, they won't work well for everyone. And so it's important for supplements to be individualized based on your goals, your labs, what you're looking to achieve. Lastly, I want to make sure that you guys know that I'm not affiliated with any of these brands. I do know though that these brands are high quality. They're third party tested, and that's very important for all supplements. So that's my stack, guys. It works great for me.
