I keep meeting people in the gym running crazy stacks of hormones and peptides with zero labs, zero monitoring, and zero understanding of what they’re actually taking.
When I convince them to run their labs, Im seeing testosterone levels in the 3000s!!! Completely suppressed hormone axes, and people injecting compounds they can’t even name or dose correctly.
Look, peptides and hormones CAN absolutely be beneficial in the right setting.
But there’s a huge difference between data-driven optimization with labs, versus blindly throwing compounds together because somebody at the gym said it works.
More compounds does not always mean better results.
Please get labs.
Please understand the risks.
Please work with someone qualified.
Your goal should be optimizing your health and longevity… not ruining your hormones chasing shortcuts.
