Jessie Jacob (she/her): Hey there! Welcome to the Culture First community. My name is Jessie Jacob. I oversee our Culture First community here at CultureAmp. And if you care deeply about creating a better world of work, then you are in the right place, you have found your people, and we're really excited to have you here with us. Jessie Jacob (she/her): Transforming the future of work and how we work can feel incredibly discouraging at times. It can feel lonely and isolating, especially if you're a team of one or two. Jessie Jacob (she/her): And by coming here, you are quickly realizing that you are not doing this work alone, and that you are joining a global community of people who care deeply about building better workplaces, and people who want to learn from one another, and connect, and build friendships. And so, what I love about this community is just how generous our members are with sharing their knowledge and their expertise and their experience. Jessie Jacob (she/her): People are showing up willing to share what's worked, what's not worked, and what they've learned along the way. And so, there are so many ways for you to get involved. You can join our Culture First Chapters program, so attend one of our volunteer-led events that are in-person or virtual. Those are sometimes topic-based or location-based, so hop into a conversation and be in dialogue with our folks. Jessie Jacob (she/her): You can join a digital discussions forum and ask a question and get ideas and feedback from people, or you can chime in and leave a comment and share things that you've done and that you've learned. Jessie Jacob (she/her): You can listen to our Culture First podcast, so hear episodes with some of the, like, leading voices in our industry. You can subscribe to our newsletter, The Culture Brief. There are a lot of ways for you to get involved. And so, if you're wondering where the best place is, I would totally recommend starting with a chapter event, or with a topic that resonates for you, or join the discussions forum. Jessie Jacob (she/her): That's generally where the magic happens.
