I'm going to Cambridge University! (A-level Results 2019)

Hey guys, welcome to my new channel. My name is  Ray and tomorrow is going to be A-level results   day. So, I'm going to make this video and more  videos to document my experience at university   and going through this whole process. So, I  applied to Cambridge, Imperial, Manchester,   Lancaster and Durham. And I firmed Cambridge,  which requires two A-stars and two A's. And I   put Durham as my insurance, which requires three  A's. So, I did A-levels in maths, further maths,   physics and chemistry. And overall, the exams went  alright. Maths was quite good and so was physics,   but further maths was quite a trainwreck  because I didn't finish paper one or paper   two. But paper three, I finished just in the nick  of time and had no time to check my answers. So,   I'm hoping for extra low grade boundaries. As for  chemistry, chemistry was okay. It could have been   better if paper three I actually had more time  to finish and whatnot. But hey, you win some,   you lose some. So, tomorrow, UCAS will update at  8 a. m. And results will come out at 8:30 a. m. So,   at 8 a. m. I'll know whether I got into  my firm choice or not. And hopefully,   I will record reactions for  both of them. So, stay tuned. Alright guys, so I just got a phone call  from my college saying that I should come   in for a photo tomorrow, and I get my results  slightly earlier than I originally said. So,   hopefully, it all goes well. Fingers crossed. Oh, here. Okay. That's good. Thank you. So, I'm back home now and I didn't quite do  everything in the order that I said I was going   to do in the video but I still got my result  and track updated so that's all that matters.    As you can see my place has been confirmed which  I'm very delighted with and yeah I've... some of   you watching this may have not got the results you  were hoping for but as Ibsmo always says it's not   rejection it's redirection and it's just nice  to keep that in mind and have a more positive   outlook because in a few years time none of  this will ever matter anyway. So I hope all   the GCSE students watching this best of luck with  results day next week and I hope you stick around.    I'm going to carry on making some more videos  if you guys want.
