that's the way that I suggest they work is I call it the Hot Potato process where it's kind of like you're passing the work back and forth as quickly as you can so that each person is holding it for a short amount of time and that it goes back and forth It's not like well we figure all the design out first and then we go to an engineer and we spend six weeks doing that and then all the design work is done and then we give it to an engineer and then they spend six weeks on it rather than that I'm like why don't we spend like six hours on it you know and then pass it to an engineer and then they do six hours on it and then back and forth and back and forth as many times as we can
