Welcome to Finn Viz. Insider trading has been a hot topic over the past few years, and for good reason. Tracking what corporate insiders are doing with their own shares can give us a major clue into how they view the future of their company and potentially where the stock price is headed. For example, if a CEO or insider is buying a lot of shares in his or her company, it could signal major confidence in the future of the company. On the other hand, if executives are selling their stock, it shows they lack confidence and the stock could fall. Insiders don't trade blindly. Insiders and executives have much better info and insight into their company. They understand the business better than anyone, cash flows, risks, strategy, long-term vision, and many times they act on it. With Finn Viz, you can track insider moves and quickly determine if the activity is bullish or bearish for the stock. Starting from the homepage, click on insider in the top menu. This will take you to a list of the latest insider trading. These filings come directly from the SEC form 4, which officers, directors, and large shareholders are required to disclose their transactions. Here you can see the ticker or company name, the name of the owner or institution, relationship to the company, date of the transaction, type of transaction, cost per share, number of shares, dollar value of the transaction, and total number of shares the insider holds. You can also click the link to the original filing on the SEC website. You can filter between all transactions or select only buy or only sell transactions. You can view the top insider trading recent week to see the largest insider trades of the week sorted by dollar value. You can view the top 10% owner trading to see all transactions made by individuals or entities that own 10% or more of a company. Often these are founders, activists, or strategic holders. Finn Viz also has an entire section on managers and funds where you can track all the top institutions in the world and find out exactly what they're invested in. Their top holdings, their sector allocations over time, their top portfolio moves. Look up thousands of investment funds, mutual funds, and hedge funds. See exactly what they're doing. Maybe get some new ideas, too. They say follow the smart money. See exactly what the executives and longtime holders are doing. Get in or out of the stock before the crowd does. Use Finn Viz and become the smart money. Good luck and thank you for using Finn Viz.
