(upbeat music) - All right. Let's do it. - Let's go. - LRS, take one. - LRS is among the nation's leading independent waste diversion, portables, and recycling companies. We're primarily based in the Midwest. - We focus on four pillars, safety, people, growth, and then innovation is the fourth pillar. - How can we make things easier for our people, easier for our customers, and what is the technology enabler that is gonna work best for LRS?

Rapid acquisitions and growing complexity

- We acquired over 50 companies in such a short amount of time that we had a lot of difficulties.

Managing union & nonunion employees and compliance

- We have a highly complex business in that we've got both union and non-union employees, seven different teamster contracts. We also need to follow DOT regulations.

When growth outpaces infrastructure

- The growth tends to outpace the infrastructure. Don't necessarily have the systems in place to scale.

What managers need: real-time workforce visibility

- We needed a tool giving our managers visibility into overtime, their requisitions, their employees, pay, time off. - We're two years into using Lyric now.

Why trusted data changed leadership confidence

It's giving our managers and leaders much more comfort, because they have information that they trust.

Reducing frontline turnover and cost savings

If we drill down into turnover and look at our frontline employees, we've been able to reduce the turnover among that group by almost 12%, and that saved us close to $750,000.

Growth goals and the role of ADP

- Our goal is to grow by 8. 6% next year, so we're almost doubling the growth trajectory of the industry. ADP will certainly help us do that. (upbeat music)
