What To Sell In August On eBay and Facebook Marketplace!

not drop ship big large swimming pools that you might see that are more fixed in someone's backyard i would concentrate more on these smaller kind of kiddie pools as they call them why well the bigger ones they sometimes require freight delivery or local pickup and these ones are just easier to ship and less problems and people kind of understand that they really only last one season they don't really have as high quality standards as they would with the bigger more set pools so coming here on walmart you can see that there are plenty of these kiddie pools and i always make sure i look for ones with great feedback with at a great price with lots of reviews so something like this one for 25 a 10 foot inflatable family pool with 494 reviews is not too bad it only has three stars so it's not great but for the price point you really can't beat it and this is a really solid one right here this one might be a little bit better right this intec six foot by 15 inch kids pool 15. 60 let's check that out and see what the price difference is about but it's gotten good reviews here a one pack or a two pack the price doesn't really make sense there but i would just sell the single pack for 15 you really can't beat that price people are going to gobble it up this time of the year scrolling through here i really like this one as well even though it is a bit more expensive but it's gotten great reviews and coming along again we see this one doesn't have a ton of reviews but it's a really good price i would mark that up quite a bit and still make a bunch of sales on it and people seem to be really happy with it now other items that do really well during this time of the year are not just pools and by the way you can also get these on other websites of course like homedepot. com but not just pools but also pool accessories now for this category it is

okay to sell different accessories that work with more fixed above ground or below ground pools so here on home depot this is where i buy a lot or source a lot of my pool accessories because they do have a lot of them so the ones that come up a lot especially when you get towards the end of the season are these pool covers do really really well and i always look for the most popular ones because those are the ones that people are going to be searching for the most another thing that does really well in this category are pool pumps now pool

pumps what i love about them is that when someone's pool pump breaks they need to buy a new one they're not going to wait to buy one they need a new one and they're usually not that cheap either so you can sell something for 300 368 644 and have good markup on it and make some really solid margins really solid profit with these different pool pumps now the tricky thing with them is knowing which ones to sell because everyone is going to need a specific pool pump for the pool that they have which is again why i concentrate on the most popular ones these ones have 183 feedback each these are obviously two pool pumps that are used a lot in different systems so these are two that i would definitely be selling myself coming along here you see something like this one is only sold eight times so it's not going to be a more popular pool pump that a lot of people are going to need let's see if i can find some other ones here this one only sold once for instance or it only has one review now not everyone of course reviews the product that they purchased but there's usually a good correlation between how many reviews there are and how many times the item has sold coming along i also see what else here yeah so i think they put the most popular ones up here you can also sort by top sellers which it seems like they've done already or by most popular i'm not quite sure what the difference is but you can see right here that these according to them are the most popular ones right here so you might want to concentrate on these ones also along the lines of pool accessories

we have pool floats these for some reason always do exceptionally well now you do get some crazy ones that are like 400 like this slide and soak splash park inflatable outdoor kids waterpark place center which is really cool but what i'm concentrating more on are these cheaper ones that are just ones that people can sit and float in and surprisingly these can be kind of on the pricier side more pricey than you would think that they are so there is good profit to be made there again i'm gonna look for more popular ones like this one that's doing really well with good feedback and people are buying it up and these do really well even late in the summer now looking forward into later in the

month of august and especially into september i look to list products that revolve around dorm rooms because there's going to be a lot of students going to college for the first time or going back to college and they need to buy a lot of these dorm room items so the first one that i always look at are dorm room sheets twin xl sheets are the sheets that really fit most dorm room beds and everyone has to buy them because no one has a twin xl at home so they need new sheets when they go away to college so i always go through here again find the most popular ones like this one right here i list up a bunch of these because these will sell a bunch of times and i always make sure that in the title of these i put dorm room in college twin excel so that people know that hey when they're shopping for dorm rooms these will fit your dorm room bed now along the same lines i also like to sell a lot of these dorm room storage solutions as i call them so these are usually cheap plastic little cabinets or drawers that people will put under their bed or next to their bed just for some extra organization because usually dorm rooms just come with a bed maybe a desk and then a closet and that's it people always want extra storage so i'm always throwing these ones in here as well and these do not only really well during the back to school season but i leave them in my store because they continue to do well throughout the year because people buy these for other things as well now specifically for the back to school season again i'm making sure i put in here dorm room organization dorm room draws different things like that this one you can see right here it does insanely well and it's partly because of the price point and partly because it's exactly what people want when they're going back to school so that's one i would definitely list up right there does come in different color variations so you can choose if you want to do all of them or just a black it's up to you on that one now along the same lines as dorm room

storage we also have dorm room appliances now the two main dorm room appliances that almost every college student has in their dorm room is a microwave and a mini fridge and those can be especially mini fridges up there in terms of price really good margins in there really good profit to be made so i always include these dorm room fridges and make sure again in the title i specifically call it a dorm room fridge nobody really cares about the specific size as long as you say it's a dorm room fridge they know it's going to fit in there now there are other things that come up here on walmart for instance for different dorm room appliances but in my experience they're not as popular things like coffee makers or blenders or toasters or these hot pots or electric kettles for the most part dorm rooms or colleges don't allow those in dorm rooms because they're fire hazards so you'll see a lot of colleges actually ban them from dorm rooms so i don't concentrate so much on those although all these appliances actually do well throughout the year because they are popular appliances in general but again we're specifically looking at back to school season which is why i concentrate on the more popular microwaves again you look for ones that have the cheapest price with the best and most reviews such as this one 40 bucks for this one that's been reviewed 2500 times almost with four stars that's a winner right there look at something like this dorm room fridge right here it's only 150 it's been reviewed 942 times it has lots of reviews something like this mini waffle maker i would have loved to have that in my dorm room but again that's a fire hazard something they're not gonna allow in dorm rooms so those aren't gonna do that well this super mini fridge you could list it up for sale but it holds about what like six cans of soda that's not what people are looking for you can always try it can't hurt this one's even less money 140 and 576 four-star reviews so that's another one i would be interested in listing up for sale again calling it a dorm room fridge you want to make sure that

your title really reflects what people are searching for so things like dorm room college fridge refrigerator freezer if it includes a freezer in there and maybe mini storage or mini fridge different things like that now the last dorm room item i want to talk about are area rugs this is something that kind of surprised me although it shouldn't have surprised me is that people love to buy these little area rugs for their dorm rooms most dorm rooms aren't carpeted they're hardwood or wood or something hard on the floor and people like to make the room feel cozy and nice so they get these area rugs throw them down and these do really well again these will do well all year long but they're going to specifically do well during the back to school season so in this one i'll area rug or dorm room area rug that's pretty much the main things i would put in the titles for these items so i just gave you a
