Why So Many People Quit Dropshipping + Online Businesses

so I've been selling on eBay and Amazon for a while now and I see a lot of people out there who want to really make this work and want to make this a full-time income and I've seen many people do that but I've also seen many people who haven't done that so the question is what's the difference between those two types of people the ones who are successful and hey what's up this is Paul from dropshipping Titans comm where I help regular people just like you start their own successful ebay and amazon drop shipping businesses so we're talking about the differences between people who stick with drop shipping and make it work and those who quit and in getting the chance and the honor of working with hundreds and hundreds of different drop shippers over the years I've seen some patterns emerge between successful people and the unsuccessful people so the first mistake that I see people making that people who quit is that they don't put in the work that is necessary for them in that moment so what do I mean by that so if you're brand new to drop shipping brand new to ebay then the first things that you have to do what the work you have to do in that moment is you have to set up your store set up your PayPal account if PayPal still around by the time you're watching this now list your first items do these initial steps that's the work that you have to do right now people look too far ahead at the work that other people are doing people that are much more experienced in them but that is not what they're supposed to be doing because they're not at that point yet and when people fail to realize people who are new is that what you see other people doing now those people we're in the exact same position that you are right now and the way they got to the level they're at now is by putting in this daily work the things that have to be done for them right now and this can be hard because you're going to be doing the same thing every single day after day but that's what needs to be done and that's how stores are built that's how businesses are built it's an exponential process you start moving it feels very slow at first you might feel like you're not making any progress at all and you're looking forward and saying how can this possibly work when I'm growing so slowly but this is exponential eventually things catch up with you catch up with all the work that you're doing and things begin to surge they start to move fast and then they really take off but what people only see is that point where things really take off people see all the hard work that is required to get to that point so that's why a lot of people think that online businesses are like a get-rich-quick thing when it's just simply not the way it works success is an exponential process and you need to understand that when you're going into it otherwise you will quit because you're not going to understand that the success will come and it will come fast later after you put in the work and day after day now as an entrepreneur as a business owner you're going to have setbacks they are going to happen but what I see is that some people as soon as they get that setback they just give up they think that because they have one setback it means the entire thing doesn't work and they quit and that's just absolutely the wrong approach to take because with any business when you have setbacks the people who push through them are the ones who inevitably see success and inevitably have the business that they want to run so I see this all the time with my students inside our private Facebook group which is just four members of my dropshipping courses you'll see people post up the ones who end up being successful they post and say hey had this setback something bad happened I want to know how to fix it those people are the ones who push through and continue to see success but when you see people post and say I had this problem dropshipping doesn't work I'm quitting that's it for them that's the end of the road there's no negotiation for them it is the end of the road and they're out so they're never going to see success with something like this but if you push through and realize that all of us every successful business owner out there every successful entrepreneur every successful drop shipper has set has had setbacks but they've continued to push through it and that is what ultimately has led to their success once you realize that you'll see that your only choice is to keep going so that you can see the same type of success there's this concept that I love and unfortunately I don't know who came up with it I tried to figure it out but it's this concept called no zero days and basically what this means is that there should be no daisies when you're looking back at your past 90 days 60 days whatever there should be no days where you've

done zero progress towards your goals and I'm not saying you have to do a huge momentous step towards your goals I just mean do a little bit every single day to reach closer to your goals so if you're trying to run a drop shipping business even if that means you list only one item that's enough I mean obviously you should do a lot more than that but let's say you're sick it's a Sunday you don't feel like working I don't care no zero days means you do at least one thing maybe that's just a list one item and why do we have this idea of no zero days it's because momentum is really hard to build up but once you do build up momentum it is insanely powerful but it's also incredibly easy to lose so by doing at least a little bit every single day you build up that momentum and once you get that momentum it is really powerful it will really push your business forward but you don't want to lose that momentum either so that's why you'll continue to do no zero days going forward and this is something I've been working with and I see it making a huge difference with many different aspects of my life from business to health to working out all these things if I make some movement towards my goals every day it keeps the momentum building and going and it makes a huge difference but of course that idea requires that you actually have a goal that you want to reach and I do believe that setting goals is absolutely essential to your success I see a lot of people who start dropshipping don't really have a set goal don't even really have a goal to be successful with it's just kind of this idea that they're interested in and the people that actually have set goals are the ones who are much more likely to see success now you've probably heard these studies about how actually writing down your goals is so much more powerful than simply having one and I know for myself that is absolutely truth I don't write down my goals they just don't happen and there are plenty of different research that's been done out there that's proven that that's true so set a goal for yourself and actually write it down and the more concrete the goal is the more precise likely it's going to happen so write out exactly how much money you want to make write out exactly what the business you want will look like all the ins and outs of it the more you can really understand what that will look like the more likely it is that you'll actually achieve it and you will feel inspired to achieve it you know get emotional about this you want your goals to to move some emotion in you to get you motivated get you excited to actually achieve them so that's the kind of goal that you want to have and write it down and it also helps a little whole lot with goals is to get someone to hold you accountable so whether this is one-on-one with another person or whether it's a mastermind whatever it is having someone to hold you accountable really helps with your goals because we as humans we don't want to be embarrassed tell someone hey I have this goal of starting an online business and then you fail with that that's kind of embarrassing you don't want to get to that point so it really pushes you to do everything you can not to get embarrassed and to actually accomplish that goal and with that said I only tell people my goals who I know are going to support me and who are going to understand me but one thing I do want to warn you is that you have to be kind of careful who you tell your goals to because there will be some people who just try to shoot you down and it's not because they're bad people it's actually because they care about you a lot of times although sometimes people do that because they themselves are afraid that you're going to be successful because that will mean that they are not successful so just be careful who you tell if you have people around you that are really supportive and really understand what it means to push for success and try to be successful those are the people that you want to tell but there's a lot of people that you're going to want to keep this quiet for and not tell them about it for a while because they're just going to try to shoot you which that's a big warning half for people because I see them do that as well and say hey I started this I told like my brother and he kind of just laughed at me and that's what's really sad when that happens I would have advised you not even to get in that position it's better to wait six months and then say to your brother hey guess what guess how much money I'm making doing eBay dropshipping and then look at his face kind of thing so those are kind of the reasons that I see people quit dropshipping they don't have good goals they don't understand how success works I was an exponential process they give up way too easily and look if you're ready to start an online business and you haven't taken your first steps yet then what a have for you is actually a free training that I put together that
