Guess what? There's a very cool feature right on your Virta app that acts like a chef in your pocket. Watch this. Hey guys, Chef Joel here. As a Virta member, I decided to do a little personal challenge here. A couple of buddies loaded up my fridge and my pantry. I have no idea what's in there, but I'm going to make a Virta friendly meal just like that. All right, we got some ground beef, mushrooms, kale, and we have cream, some scallions. This says Virta all over it. So, what I'm thinking is meatballs with kind of like a creamy mushroom kale situation. So, mushrooms are beautiful because they're meaty and rich, but super low in carbs. I've got some butter. I'm going to go with a couple tablespoons right in. Some garlic right in over the shrooms. Big pinch of salt. Kind of mix that whole thing up. Chili flakes, yes. All right, paprika, why not? Nice big handful of zucchini right in. Up and in. And now, a big pillow bag of kale. Looks like a lot of kale, but it's going to cook way down. Hit it with some cream once it wilts down. While that's going, let's make some meatballs. And we have all these scallions. Big handful in. And then, Italian spices. Big pinch of salt. You can add Parmesan cheese. Going to roll them up. Just go right into our preheated pan. Going with some olive oil. Little bit of butter at the end. The biggest pile of creamy greens and mushrooms. Grab some meatballs. Big handful of Parmesan to finish. And some of those leftover scallions that a little bit of extra something at the end. It's so comforting. You're probably thinking, well, of course this tastes great. You're a professional chef. You can whip up anything out of your fridge or pantry. Guess what? There's a very cool feature right on your Virta app. I'll show you it acts like a chef in your pocket. Watch this. All right, so I just log onto the Virta app and I go right into meal planner and it's got some preloaded options. But you can just kind of write your own deal and you can just say, I've got zucchini, mushrooms, butter, ground beef, kale, come up with an idea for me. And of course, it's only going to suggest things that work within Virta approved ingredients. Stuffed zucchini with ground beef and mushrooms. Excuse me, that sounds so good. So, it's not me in your kitchen, it's pretty darn close. This thing rocks it out. Hopefully serves you up inspiration on a plate.
