How to clone a winning store and launch it in a day
Hey guys, what's going on? Welcome back to another video. So, in today's video, I'm going to show you how me and my students, we found the store that's doing 217 to 340k revenue. And using tools like Winning Hunter, we go ahead and we make sure that we track these stores properly. We are sure of the traffic. For example, this is getting about 40,000 visitors, and the visitor number seems to be growing month over month, which is amazing. But what's even more important is if we look at their competitors ads, we can see that this particular store is running around 760 different ads, and all of those ads are going to the same product. So, this is what we do. We find these one-product branded drop shipping stores that are crushing it. Like literally, this is making 340,000 every single month, right? And then what we do is we study how they're making this revenue. For example, in the case of this particular business that's selling an airline seat cushion that allows travelers to be able to travel more pleasantly because they have a seat cushion, right? How are they selling this product? Well, basically, what they're doing is they're using a article-style page first, which educates the customer on why this product makes sense. And then they take them to a product page that educates them on why they need to buy the product, and this page sells it. Now, what do we do, right? Well, using AI employees, we actually go ahead and recreate that entire page, right? So, this is our version of the same exact page. And if you click here, this is our version of the same exact product page. Now, what we like to call this is the clone and rebrand approach, where we take stores that are doing insane numbers like this. We clone the store and we rebrand it to our brand. We go ahead and redo all of the images and all of the text with AI, and then we go ahead and redo all of the text and all of the images with AI, and then we go ahead and set up the launch. For example, my launch has currently been set up and we go ahead and we actually launch this particular business. Okay, and because we've studied this high-performing business so well, we understand the suppliers that they're using. We're understanding the page structure that makes it work. We understand why the product works so well, is adopted so well, why customers are flocking to this product because we've gone ahead and reverse engineered every aspect of it. We're able to make sales far faster than anyone else. So, in today's video I'm going to show you how you can go ahead and do all of this.
What the clone-and-rebrand approach actually is
How to find products like this that are, you know, trending in the right direction, right? Why I made this product choice, how I'm going to launch it, then how to literally clone any business that you want. Like this is a clone of that business, but obviously rebranded for yourself. It works perfectly. It's amazingly well mobile optimized as well. So, if I mobile optimize it, look at how great this looks. Right? All of this has been done. Look at the sticky header, footer, all of this. And guys, this took me minutes to do, right? I didn't do this myself. I didn't sit and, you know, drag things into place. Now, using Claude, we're able to clone pages faster than anything else. And how do we then deploy it, make it live? We can use Shop Funnels to do this. We can use Shopify to do this. So, in this video I'm going to attempt to walk you through the entire finding of the business, building of the business, and launching of the business. And then I'm going to show you what what's even more important. If you decide this
The shortcut – download a pre-built store and import it
business is for you, I'm going to show you how you can one click download this into your account. For example, let's say you wanted to download this business, right? You just go ahead and click this button and you will have a file that's downloaded into your account. Then you head on over to your Shopify store. I'm just going to log into mine. Go and download the Gem Pages Builder app. Go here to the Gem Pages app. Make sure that it's downloaded for you. Click here to pages, click here to import file, drop that file in there, hit click import, done, and you will see two pages that have been added here, right? And both these pages are the pages of the business. So, so in one click you have your business live. And I'll show you exactly how to do that. If you want to skip all of the building and just launch businesses where we find products for you, we build out the entire business, and we allow you to import it into your shop Shopify account and go live. Again, that's going to be covered at the end of the video, and you're going to understand exactly how to do it. But before we get into that, I want to show you exactly how I found this product, how we built the stores, how we're able to basically clone and rebrand any store that we like, how AI does everything for us, so we don't have to do it, and how we're able to launch in like less than 24 hours, whereas other people take maybe weeks to do that, right? So, we're going to be covering that entire process step by step. Let's get into it. All
Researching products that are proven to scale
right, so step one, I want to talk about how we were able to find this product, all right? And so, what I did was I used this tool called Winning Hunter. I've been using this one exclusively for a really long time now. Um, and honestly, it's just because it has it's something I'm super used to. Um, I get incredible support from their team, and I find really, really good stuff in here. So, now I've been I started to use some filters, right? So, basically, typically I'm targeting the US. Um, and I'd like to make sure that it's the English language, right? And so, with these two filters on, now I'm looking at businesses that are in the US that are advertising English-speaking products, and then I'm coming across multiple different recommendations over here. Now, when I'm going through this, what I'm trying to do is I'm looking at this number first, right? This is the number of ads Winning Hunter has been able to categorize for this particular product. Now, when I came across the the search listing for this one, you know, it showed 700 different ads. So, that's definitely going to be important for us when we're doing product research, right? We don't
Reading ad data to spot a winning store
want to get into a product where the person only has five to 10 ads on, right? We definitely want to get into products where there are multiple different ads running over 50 perhaps because that tells us that the person is having enough success with this product to be able to invest in advertising to grow it, right? If we got into this particular product that only has 14, right? That tells us that this person has just started the advertising, right? And so, it may not be something that's worth pursuing right now. Maybe if it's if the person's been able to scale the advertising to a point where he's gone above 50, um that's when he has proven the concept, right? So, a lot of people get into products that they think are cool, but because the person hasn't proven the concept. Let me show you what I mean by proven the concept, right? So, over here in this one, right? This ad has been running since December 6th, 2025. It is currently uh 14th May, right? So, what that means is for the last 6 months, this one ad, right? That says, you know, "An asset for 12-hour flights," right? This particular ad has been able to be on for them for this much time. Okay, that's step number one to identify. The next thing is when you click shop now, it goes to this seven reasons why page that educates somebody on purchasing this product. And then when they click shop now, it takes them to the product page which gets them to buy the product, right? So, this is that three-step system that they've been used they've been using consistently, right? To be able to sell this product. Now, based on this three-step system
Why modeling beats trying to be original
they've been able to scale to 700 different ads, right? Now, for me, I'd be dumb to number one, try and develop my own system, try to develop my own type of new ad or create a new page. No, they've already spent enough money to prove that this system exists. The problem with most businesses is that a lot of businesses get stuck in the same ways of advertising, don't have the creativity to advertise to other segments, don't have the ability or the ad spend to be able to grow the business. That's why two businesses that are doing the same thing have enough uh ability to compete, right? Think about like a car dealership, right? It's not like there's only one car dealership in a certain city. They're selling the same product, way, but they might be catering to different audiences, they might have different sales people, incentives, right? That's why two of the same types of businesses can exist in the same area. And that's why we way as them. Obviously, we've changed everything so that we're not copying, we're ethically modeling the entire business, and we're what we're doing essentially is cloning their success architecture. That's what's important. And we're launching in that same manner. So, that's what I'm looking for when I'm doing product research. is one product branded drop shipping
What makes a store worth modeling
for is one product branded drop shipping stores that are running over 50 ads, that have been around for a really long time, that have proven the concept so that I can come in and I can go ahead and model them, right? What's also really important is can I go ahead and source this? And so, when I went into sourcing this product, I realized that this is all the rage right now within suppliers, within Amazon, within all these different situations. I don't know if you've come across this product before, this is the first time I'm coming across it, but this air inflatable you know, seat cushion is all the rage right now. That's why it's being sourced for $79. 95 and if we look at the research that we've done, we have very healthy margins here. We have around 60 to 57% profit margins, okay? So, we have really good profit margins on this particular product, which makes it an exciting launch for us. So, again, that's how we did the product research. That's how we found it. Now, obviously, once we found
The clone-and-rebrand process explained
the product, it's now time to go ahead, clone the business, rebranded and launch it for our own. So, let me walk you through how we were able to clone this business step by step. To clone the business, we used our white label design lab. Now, in the white label design lab, there is this one thing called white label any store. Now, let me quickly talk about the process of white labeling. When I say white labeling, I don't mean adding your logo on a bottle of supplements. That's not what white labeling means. White labeling is a process of cloning anything, any system, any product, any service that's currently working. You clone what makes it work. Like if it's a product, you clone the bottle, the shape, the colors, all of that, and then you go ahead and rebrand it to your own. If it's a business, you can white label a business by cloning the entire business and putting your own logo on it. That's the whole white labeling concept. Now, what we've created are AI employees that go ahead and be are able to white label any store. And you do that in five different steps. Step one, you white label the
The 4 steps to build a cloned store
outline, then you create the copy, then you design the images, and then you go ahead and launch it. So, let's go ahead. Let's do the three most important steps. Let's build the outline, do the copy, and design the images. And it's super
Step 1 – Building the page outline with Claude
fast. So, step one is you press this button that copies this entire prompt, and it's now ready to go ahead and paste into Claude. Now, Claude is going to be the tool that we're going to be using to do all of this. You can use any other AI tool, but Claude is seriously amazing. I'll show you exactly what I did inside of my Claude chat. All right, so once again, you paste this once you copy this button, right? The entire prompt gets copied on your clipboard or whatever and then you just hit paste and now it's ready to be pasted here and then you hit enter, okay? When you hit enter, right? You just say something like run this prompt and name the chat. Now, I have so many chats going on that's why I like to name every single chat, so I call this the travel cushion white labeler. That's all I did here. And now, all this what this basic prompt does, it's a really long set of instructions that turns this particular chat of Claude into an AI employee, which I like to call the white labeler. And why I call it an AI employee is because all you need to do is answer its specific questions and it's going to use the knowledge that we've built into the main prompt to achieve a certain objective. This person's objective is to create an outline of the business, okay? So, because there are two pages for this one, right? So, let's go back here where we've actually uploaded the entire business for anybody to download right here. All right, let me preview the page, okay? There are two separate pages. There's page number one, right? And if you click here, you you're taken to page number two, right? So, the first thing we did was we did the process for page number one and this process you can run as many times for as many different pages, right? You can use this process to create drop shipping websites, to create agency websites, to create websites for your services, whatever you need, okay? And so, what it asks for is two things, okay? Number
Feeding Claude the competitor page as a reference
one, can you get the live URL, okay? And number two, can you get the competitor screenshot, okay? That's it. So, what I did was I gave it the live URL, which is this page, right? I pasted that in here and then I uploaded the entire competitors uh pages screenshot. And the way that I did that, there's this little uh Chrome extension I have here called Go Full Page. And so, when I click when I press this button, it takes an entire screen grab of the entire page. And then I click this button called Download as PNG. So, it's this button right here, right? That um I press and then it goes ahead and downloads this entire page as a PNG. And we are good to go, right? And then I upload that over here. So, I have the PNG of the entire page and the uh link to the website. And what this AI employee does is um the closest thing that I can uh think of uh as a digital uh magic trick, okay? It basically goes ahead and catalogs all the different sections that are on this page, right? So, there's uh let me show you. And this is what we used to do before, right? We used to make these sections by hand. So, it goes through it it calculates, okay, there's this one section, there's this one section. It calculates all the different sections. Okay? And then it does the designing, the pacing. It it creates all of this stuff. And it comes up with an outline for the page, all right? So, now I'm going to go ahead and show you the outline that it first created. And so, now the entire page has been outlined. Now, the reason that you can do this and feel safe that, you know, you're not basically going
How Claude rewrites the outline in your voice
ahead and copying somebody else is because when it creates the outline, it doesn't just go ahead and copy this piece of text in. It basically goes ahead and says, "What type of title do you need to write, right? " So, seven reasons why this thing is uh keep it long listical side. Make sure there's a credibility. Make sure there's problem. Make sure there's an outcome, right? It goes ahead and writes what this needs to be, right? The summary, right? It needs to It says like have three to four sentences. Open with the transformation. It's cataloging what needs to be written here, but it doesn't copy what's written. And that's the That's the entire secret sauce through this whole process, right? We're basically modeling the success architecture. So, now our page's outline is ready, and step one is complete. So
Step 2 – Claude writes the store copy
let's go back to the design lab, and now let's do the second step, which is copywriting, right? So, now that our business outline is ready, it's time to go ahead and write the store copy. So, we're going to go ahead, we're going to press this button. It's going to copy an entire another AI employee into your computer. You go here, uh you open up a new chat, and then like anything else, you go ahead and paste it. So, as you guys can see, I pasted it in, I ran this prompt, and I changed the name of the chat to the travel cushion white label copywriter, okay? Now, the white label copywriter now needs the template that you created, right? Because you created an outline. So, it it's going to ask you, "Hey, can you go ahead and upload that outline that you created so I can understand what type of copy to write? " That's super simple. You click here, you go back to your white labeler, right? And then I'm just going to go all the way up. I'm going to take this, which is the outline, okay? And then I'm going to hit this copy button, all right? And then I'm going to go back into my copywriter, okay? And then I'm just going to hit paste, and then I'm going to hit enter. And what it does is it takes that entire outline and gives it to your copywriter. What your copywriter does with that outline is it identifies all different types of copy it needs to write, and it's identified that it needs to write 42 different pieces of copy. So, now it knows what it needs to write, but it doesn't know what the your product is, right? So, now you're going to want to educate your
Educating the copywriter on your product
copywriter on what product it is that you're writing copy for, right? So, it needs information on what the product is, what the audience is, what the proof is, what the offer is, what the vibe is, right? So, over here, go ahead and upload everything that you can think of to educate your copywriter on what the product is. I uploaded my competitors pages. I uploaded an Amazon listing. I uploaded reviews. I downloaded some ads for the particular product, transcribed them, and I uploaded that. And this is all the information that I gave it, okay? And then I said, "My product's name is Hover. " So, it's basically like you're hovering on your seat. That's what I was going for. And now it's understood everything. And it's gone ahead and written the copy for me, okay? It's understood like the audience that it's writing for, the emotional pain that it's going to talk about, the angle that we're going to use, headline, proof. It's going It's thought about the objections, everything, okay? And once you're happy with the direction it's going to take
Filling the copy back into the outline
you just say, "Yes. " And it goes ahead and writes all of the copy and prepares a brief for you. Now, this brief essentially is This is the copy I've written, and this is where it goes on your page. That's what the brief is. So, what you do is you copy this brief, and then you go back to the first AI employee, your White Labeler, who actually is waiting for the brief. Cuz it's saying here, right? After it finished preparing the outline, right? It's saying, you know, "Send me the copy brief, and I'll fill in all of the different brackets. " Okay? That's how we've designed them. These AI employees actually work with one another. And so, that's exactly what I did. I dropped in that brief over here. I just pasted it in. Um and it understood all of it, and it filled in the freaking copy. So, as you guys can You'll see in a second, all of the copy the copywriter has written has now been filled in, okay? And this literally takes minutes. Just have a show playing on the left, and that's exactly what I do. I watch a lot of Netflix and stuff when I'm doing this, cuz, you know, it's just AI working. So, the whole thing now is like I used to have to do this manually. Most of my team had to do everything manually, right? Now AI does all of this stuff. Creating the outlines, writing the copy, and you'll see the image design happen as well. It is so fast. We've gotten the process down to 60 minutes, even lesser, right? Yeah, even lesser. I'd say like 40 minutes max to get all of this done, literally. And I don't want somebody to go through the process and tell me how long it took, right? So again, that's um that's all of this stuff right here is done, okay? And so now
Step 3 – Designing the store images with AI
that the copy has been finished, right? The next step and the final step of the build process is designing the store images. So now we're going to click here, and you know the drill, copy the employee in, right? Open up a new chat, paste the employee in, change the label, and then call it the product name {slash} image designer, right? So let me go into my chat where I did this. So I put that in, said run this prompt, call it the travel cushion white label image designer, all right? And it's going to ask you for certain things, right? The first thing it's going to ask you is for the out Whenever you see wireframe, just switch that in your mind as outline, right? So go ahead and upload your wire outline with the copy filled in. Where is that? Well, that's with your white labeler, right? So we're going to go to the white labeler. We're going to find the outline with the copy filled in. We're going to copy this. Then we're going to go back to the image designer, and then we're just going to hit paste, right? And so and then we're going to hit enter, and then it receives the outline. And then what it does is it takes into account all of the different images that would need to be created, okay? Then it's going to ask for the competitor's website screenshot. We're going to go here. We're going to hit go full page, take a full screenshot of it the way that we did, so like this, take a full screenshot, right? We're going to download it as a PNG, right? And then we're going to go ahead and upload it right here. And uh now it has the entire screenshot receipt, right? With all of the stuff
Pulling all competitor images in one click
in. The next thing that it's going to ask for is the competitor's images. This is super easy. Go back to the website and download this um tool called Image I, okay? It's right here. And it's got I'm going to leave all these links down below so you don't have to worry. Image I, and then we're going to hit um uh select all and we're going to make sure that the download as a zip option is correct and we're going to download all of the images of our competitor. And what it does, I'll show you how it does it. It's super cool. It's super freaky. But um it downloads all of the images as a zip, okay? So now it's got I click this button, okay? And all of these images are now downloaded as a zip file. If I unzip it like this, um like this is literally all of the competitor's images right here, okay? It is super freaky. All of my competitor's images are now here. Now what I can do is I don't have to upload each image at a time. I can just grab this small file and give it to my AI employee but just by dragging it in here, right? This is what I did. And what my AI employee then does is it catalogs all of the images, okay? And now it knows what images we're going to use to create our own images, okay?
How to create images that look better than the original
Uh let me talk through that for a second. So let me go back into this um website, right? Open up the preview. Now the reason I was able to create such a nice image, let me put both these pages side by side. So this is my page and this is my competitor's page. And as you guys can see, our images are a little bit better, right? A little bit more quality, nicer, right? Than our competitor's image, but they're not the same, right? And they showcase but they showcase the same thing, but they're not the same, right? But how was I able to create this really nice image? Well, the reason is I took my competitor's image, I uploaded it to AI as a reference, and I did I said, "Don't I don't want the same image, but I want an image that's inspired by my competitors, right? " Because again, I don't want to leave anything to chance, right? If they have used this image to get a sale, I'm going to use a similar image to get a sale. That's my entire philosophy. Um and so, that's what it does, right? It catalogs all of the competitors' images that we're going to use to create our own. And then, um the next thing that it needs is my product's image. Now, because my product it looks so similar, right? I just said, "I have literally the same-looking product, just my branding is HOVR, right? " If your product looks a little different, you can upload your own product's image. I just said my product looks exactly the same, just this is what's the brand name, and then that's it, okay? After that, it starts to guide you through the image creation process. So, it's understood that I have 14 different images to create, right? And it will guide me on how to upload images, how to prompt it to be able to create the image, okay? And I'll show you exactly what I did. So, to you create all of the images, I'm using topview. ai. Um you can do this on any tool. Gemini, ChatGPT, whatever. I just like topview cuz of the way that it keeps everything organized for me, and for uh the ease of use, okay? If you're somebody who does image generation at the scale that we do, you're probably going to need a better tool to keep everything organized, and I just feel like the outputs are better, but that may just be me, okay? But I do feel like that. So, how did I create this image, okay? I'm just going to hit re-edit because it'll show you exactly how I prompted it. And the way that I did it was it told me, "Upload image three. " Okay. So, how do I find image three? Well, it
Generating each image with AI
was in the zip file. Remember where we download all of our competitors images? All you have to do is open it and you'll find image three right here. Okay? And the best part about Image AI is it just labels everything. So, just find image three right here. Okay? And then go ahead and upload that right here. Hit import. Okay? Then the next thing to do is to put in the prompt. Again, all you do is hit this little copy button. Paste this in. Okay? Then over here for aspect ratio, make sure you go down and check what aspect ratio it wants. It wants 1:1, right? So, we're going to make sure that ours is 1:1. And then we're going to hit this button right here that says generate. And boom, like the just like that your image gets generated. And it knows how many images it needs you to generate. It'll go one by one until all of your images are generated. So, I'm going to go through this and one by one all of my images just got generated just like this. And once you reach the last image and all of your images have been done, right? You're done. Like all of the images that you need for your page are complete. And with that, you now have everything. You have the entire website built with all of the copy done. And you have all of the images that go into the website. And this takes minutes. Literal minutes to do. So, now
Putting everything together to go live
all that's left is putting it together and making it live. And that's what we're going to cover in the next. Now, all that's left is putting this together and making it live. So, let's go ahead and do that now. To get the images to go
Compressing your images for fast site speed
live, what you're going to want to do is host them somewhere. So, what I just do is I click here and I just click on all the images that I took, right? All of these images right here. I think this is probably that last image right here. I take all of these images and then I hit the download button. So, I hit this download selected. Once I have all of these images downloaded, I want to make sure that my website loads fast. So, I go on this website called two webpng. io png to webpng. I'll leave the link down below. And then I just drop my entire all of my images here. So, that's what this looks like. I take all of the images that I got from Top View, right? And again, this is why I like Top View cuz it basically it'll name all the images in order, right? 1 2 3 4 5 6. It'll have all of them in order, right? So, we're just going to take all of this. We're going to put it in here, okay? And then we're going to hit download all. And then what it does is it basically makes all of the images smaller, so it loads faster on your website. Now, you have all of these images in order, uh but they're very small, okay? Then the next thing
Hosting your images to use across the site
that we're going to want to do is go to this website called imgbb. com. Again, I'll leave a link down below. We'll take all of these images in order and we're going to upload them right here. We're going to make sure that we hit upload, right? And we're going to get the direct links, okay? And they come in order. Then we're going to hit copy. go back to our image designer and we're just going to say links in order download drop all of the links in. And then it matches the link to the website. And then it's ready to go ahead and give you the instructions to put it together. For that, it's going to ask you to say the word brief. We're going And it's going to prepare a brief for a designer to take the images and put it on your website. And the designer that does that is none other than Claude Design. So, let's go back to
Assembling the full store inside Claude
the design lab. We've created our outline. We've created our copy. We've designed our images. Now, we have to put it all together in Claude Design. So, we're going to open up Claude Design. We're going to name our project something and we're going to pick high fidelity. I've already done that for this page, and Crosslist comes out beautifully. And all you need for Cloud Design to build this page for you is go back to your image designer, copy this brief, then right here paste it into Cloud Design, right? Then go to your white labeler, find the outline with the copy filled, hit copy over here, and then paste it right here, right? Paste it right here. And then hit send. And when you do that, Cloud Design puts everything together into a beautiful website for you. This is where you're also going to want to check your website, make sure the buttons are working, make sure everything is interactive. If you want any changes, just describe the change you want, and we'll go ahead and fix it. And once you're happy with what your website looks like, just hit share, and
Exporting the final code to publish anywhere
hit download project as zip. Then we're going to go back to our white labeler. This guy knows how to do everything because he is now waiting for your zip file. The same zip file that you download from Design, upload it, and then it runs a bunch of code, XYZ, whatever it needs to do, and it creates a runnable version of the same website. We're going to take this interactive one that it's created, we're going to hit copy, and now we can make this live on
Publishing the first page on Shopify
anything. I'm going to do the Shopify one first because that's what most people use, but typically I use something else called Shop Funnels. So, we're in Shopify right now, we're going to use the Gem Pages builder. Again, for anybody that wants Gem Pages, I'm going to leave it linked down below. We're going to hit pages, we're going to create a page from scratch, and landing page. We're going to hit this create a blank page. After that, we're going to go right in here. We're going to find custom code, we're going to drag it in here. We're going to go to this section, we're going to hit add, and we're going to paste in all of the code that our white labeler made for us, which again is right here. We're going to hit this copy button, right? We're going to go back here. We're going to paste it in here and we're going to hit save and then we can hit publish. So, I'm going to hit save and then publish. Guys, you got to understand this is a fundamental shift from how we used to build pages. First, we used to manually build everything. Now, we have someone that codes everything for us and then all we have to do is put it on a website builder and it's actually live. So, you don't really make any changes here anymore, okay? All of your changes actually happen with the white labeler. This is the person that you describe. If you want this copy change, you don't have to change it anymore. You just go to your white labeler and say, "Hey, can you change the copy? Can you add this image? Can you do this? Can you do that? " Can Whatever changes you want, you tell your white labeler. It amends the file, you hit copy, you go back to your wherever GemPages, you hit it and
Publishing the second page
then you publish it. And for the second page, it's the exact same concept. Like literally, once I was done with this page, I said, "I want to white label another page for the same product. Let's start the process from the top. " It asks again for the name of the page and the uh screenshot and then I did it again. To write the copy again, I went to my white label copywriter. I said, "Hey, can you write the copy for the page? " I went to my white label image designer. I said, "Hey, can you start designing the images for this? " I got the file and again, I uploaded it on GemPages and it's ready to run live. So, these are both my pages that are live right now. And to connect this page to this page and then to connect the buttons to your products, it's very easy. Just tell your white labeler. Just have it say, "Okay, on all the CTAs
Connecting the pages so the buyer flows through
here, can you connect it to the next page? " You give it this link where it's actually live. Like, "Hey, whenever somebody for example over here, right? This is my page. This is my page right now, right? So, I'm going to just say, whenever someone clicks on any of the buttons, I want you to take him to this page. So, I give it this URL and I just said, "Hey, can you just connect it? " And it maps all of the CTAs. You don't have to do anything. And so, if somebody clicks shop now, they go directly to the next page. Now, how do you connect this to your cart? All you have to do is go to
Wiring up the cart so add-to-cart works
your Shopify account, add in the products, give the product links to the white labeler and say, "Hey, when somebody goes ahead and clicks add to cart, go to a pre-filled cart page with this product link it. " And it will do it for you automatically. That's how easy this is. And that's how fast you can take it live. Now, for those of my boys that are using Shop Funnels, which is a Shopify alternative, it's even easier because we
Going live on ShopFunnels instead of Shopify
actually have a deploy and go live template ready. You click this button, log into your Shop Funnels account if you aren't already If you don't already have an account, sign up because it's going to be cheaper than Shopify and GemPages together. You're going to have this template ready with the landing page, cart page, order confirmation page. All you have to do is paste in the code. I've already done all of those steps. I'm going to show you what my final version looks like. It's right here, right? I have my seven pages live link. I have my travel cushion done. And when you click shop now, it goes to a cart page, okay? With the products and everything already added in. So, again, it's completely up to you whether you want to use Shop Funnels or Shopify, but for both of them, getting this up and live is super easy. And now that your website is live, the next step
Setting up the ads
is setting up the ads. So, what we do for any of these businesses that we build is we actually test it with our own money, get some sales in, and then let our students know what ad sets and what interests work the best so that they don't have to spend their own money testing and they already have a proven path to success. So, this is my current setup right now, and I'm going to go ahead and update it when I start getting sales with this product so that you guys don't have to spend any money testing. I'm going to test these interests and I have a few ad angles that are ready to go that I'm loading up right now. And so once I find that winning combination, I'm going to update every single person so inside of the community so that they have the right interests and the right targeting to go ahead and get their launch ready. Now, I use an setup, which is ad set budget optimization, where I go after interests where people are actively spending money. My setup is
Targeting the interests that actually convert
super simple. I'm going to spend $20 a day on each of these interests, right? And I actually had my team go ahead and make ads for me. That's another thing that's very special about our community white label drop shipping, which is what I was using throughout this entire build. Now, if you guys don't want to design your own store and go through any of this process, we actually have the store ready to import. You can import into Shop Funnels, you can import it into Shopify, and you can use a special AI employee that we've created to make any edits you want. So let's just say that that's you. You don't want to do any of the stuff that I just did. All you want to do is have a business that's ready to go and launch just like how I'm launching. Let me walk you through that process really quickly. So all you have to do is hit this button called import to Shopify and you're going to get a Gem Pages file that's already built for you ready to go. So let me show you how to do that. So now the file is ready and downloaded. I'm going to open up Shopify and I'm going to show you how to exactly use this entire setup. I'm going to go into my Gem Pages builder. I'm going to upload the page. I'm going to import file. I'm going to put this thing in and I'm going to import it. And then in 2 seconds, the entire business is ready to go. The first page is the seven reasons why page and the second page is the product showcase page. And you can go ahead and preview both of them. This is the first page and this is the second page. They're both ready to go on your Shopify store. Okay, now how do you edit these pages, connect these pages, and connect it to your store? Well, that's where the white labeler comes in. So, we're going to copy this white labeler. We're going to go into Claude. We're going to paste it and we're going to hit enter. And now our white labeler is ready to work for your particular website. It's going to make all of the edits you want, so you don't have to. Let's work on the first page and actually get it live. So, you will see there's custom code in here, right? So, we're going to go, press this button, we're going to copy all of the code, and this is our first page. I'm going to be like, this is the code for my first page. I want you to have it, understand it, and write it for yourself, so that when we make edits, it's fast. Create a file with the code on it. Just say this, it will just make the process in extremely easy, right? So, it's going to
Editing your store later inside Claude
go ahead and save this file for your future edits. Now, what are the edits that you want to make on this, right? Um basically, for my students, you can use all of this. Like, these are assets we've developed for you. You can use the brand name, you can use all of the pictures. You can use this entirely on your own. But, let's say you decide that you don't like this blue um uh sort of design, right? You want to maybe change everything to dark green or green, right? You want to have your own look to it. Well, that's completely fine. Our white labeler is going to help you. So, first thing it's doing is it's writing the entire file inside of its chat, so that we can make edits to it. So, it has the entire file loaded up, right? And so, now what we're going to do is we're going to take this entire file that it's created for us, all
Changing colors and branding across the site
right? And then I'm going to say, "Can we go ahead and change the color scheme from blue to green, right? Um so, any blues, let's change it to green. All right. And so now we can go ahead and every individual can customize it for their own use. So it's going to find all these different blues, it's going to change it to greens. Do you want me to proceed? I said, I'm just going to say yes. And boom, our white labeler has made all of the blues greens, right? Um, now you might be thinking, "Ali, why can't I see any of the images? " For some reason, unbeknownst to me, on Cloud, you can't see the images. You can only see on Cloud design, right? Um, and so you can run this process wherever. I just It just you won't be able to see the images, which is just how it is, okay? It doesn't matter. If somebody knows a fix to that where I can actually see the images on Cloud, please let me know. Uh, but anyways, so now we're going to copy this in. We're going to go back to GemPages. to the code. We're going to hit this. We're going to save. Um, and then we're going to go ahead and preview the page, and you will see all of it be green, right? Amazing. Now, what we're going to want to do, guys, is hit publish. Because this is a two-page website, I'm going to show you how to connect both the pages, right? So the first thing that you're going to want to do is actually publish both the pages so that it's live on your website. For example, this is actually like live on my website. If I click this live page, it's freaking live, right? So now what you're going to want to do is right now, when somebody clicks shop now, they go nowhere, right? Uh, they're going over here it's cuz I already connected, but when you do that, it's going to go nowhere, right? So what you're going to want to do is publish both pages. So I'm just going to go ahead and quickly do that. So I've already published the first page. Let me go ahead and publish the second page. So this is the second page. I'm going to hit publish over here as well. And so both my pages are live right now, right? So now what you're going to want to do is check when you hit shop now, does it go to the page? The way I've given it to you, it should. But in case it doesn't, what you're going to want to do is um delete all this other stuff. You really don't need it. This is the page's URL, right? And what you're going to want to do is go back to your white labeler and say, "Make sure all of the CTAs, which is calls to actions, are mapped to this link, okay? " And so what that's going to do is make sure that both pages are connected. Every CTA here goes to the page forward because the process is they see page one, which is the article, then they go to the shop page, which is the product page, and then they go to the um cart, right? So we're going to walk you through that entire process. And it's done that, right? We're going to hit copy. We're going to go back to our first page. And I hope you guys are understanding the process. You're not working with it directly. You're working with an AI employee who works at who works on it for you. Now, some people may like to work on stuff directly, is completely fine, but that process, as I know it, I've sort of stepped away from it just because it will never be as good as how it is, right? So now it's gone it's going and it's publishing this, right? And now, okay, when I click the page, right? When I go to the live page right here, and I click shop now, it takes me to the second page, right? So both pages are connected. But this is still blue, right? So let's go ahead and change it to green. Let's go back. Let's find the second page. Let's change it to I'm doing all of this live just to show you guys how to work with the white labeler and the uh website you just downloaded. It's pretty easy. So this is that second page. We're going to go back, grab the code, okay? We're going to go do this, grab the code, and then we're going to go back to our white labeler and say, um "I've attached the I've pasted in the code for the second page. I want the same design changes here as well. Okay? Let's make everything green. So, what it's going to do is it's going to write the code first. Okay? It's going to save all of it. It's going It's doing one thing where it's going to wire We're going to paste in the code and say, "Okay. " I've pasted in the code for the second page. I want this page as well to go ahead and be green um ex- exactly the way we did the first page. Okay? Now, we're just going to hit enter. Okay? Now, it's going to work on this blue green swap. So, now as this is working, let's go to Shopify and create the products. Okay? So, it's working on the second page. We don't need to be here. Now, let's go
Adding your products inside Shopify
ahead and actually create the products on our store. I'm going to show you how to map both products to Shopify. So, we're in here to the products. We're going to add the product. We're going to call this the Hover Travel Cushion, right? So, Cushion. All right, I'm just going to paste in some links here, right? Don't really need to. Okay? And for uploading images, let's just upload some some images from our um AI employee that has created all of these images, right? So, we're just going to go ahead and upload all of them. It doesn't matter. Okay? Now, our price is 79 95, right? 79. 95. Okay? Perfect. Okay, now what I'm going to do is I'm going to make sure that there are variants, right? Uh you know what? Do we need variants? You know what? No, I don't think we need variants over here, right? So, we're going to call this the Hover Travel Cushion, right? One is for 79. 99. And actually, what I'm going to do is I'm going to make sure it's one Hover Travel Cushion. Okay? And then we're going to hit save. Um and then, okay, what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to duplicate this product, okay? We're going to duplicate it. We're going to make sure everything is same, right? Set as active. All right. And we're going to change this to two-hour travel cushions because we have the option of one and two, right? So, we're going to duplicate the product here. And now we have both product links and I'm going to show you how to link both products to the Oh, make sure to for the second one, let's change the price to 133. Now, when this is done changing the second page to green, right? I'll show you how to then go ahead and link that second page that has all of our products to these two two pre-filled carts with the products already added in. All right, guys. So, with that being said, the entire page is now green, right? We've gone ahead and changed it. Now, while this was happening, I did make a few changes that I want to show you guys exactly what I did. When I ran that first iteration, like I pasted the code in for the second page and I want this to be green as well, it just went on like a rampage. Sometimes Claude does that. So, I made the instruction exactly how we edited the first page. I said, "First, what you're going to want to do is take the code for the second page and copy it for yourself. " And it did that, right? And then it asked me itself, right? Do you want to make everything green? I said, "Yes. " It did that. And we had the green page ready. Now, the next thing is how do we add the products, right? How do we
Connecting products to a pre-filled cart
connect the products to this? So, this is what it looks like right now, okay? So, this is the first page, right? You click shop now, you go to the second page, and you choose the one that you want, right? And you hit add to cart, and then it takes you to a cart page with the product already loaded, right? How do you do that? How does that work? Now, that's basically what we did inside of here, right? So, what we did was we said, "Can you map the CTA which means call to action for the first product to a cart with this product already added in? " So, for that you need to give it the variant ID and the product URL. Now, to find the variant ID, it's super simple. Go to your product wherever you've added it, right? So, let's say you've added this one. Okay, then you're going to want to hit view. All right, look Wait for the product to get loaded. Then you're going to want to go ahead and just type in dot js. Okay, when you do that it turns into code. Then find the word that says variant and this is the ID. Okay, that's the ID. So, I gave it for both the products and I gave the both the product URLs and it did its magic and it added pre-filled carts. With that our entire thing is ready. So, now what you do is you copy this
Pasting the final code and going live
code, you go back into GemPages, you go to that second page, right? That you have. Um this is the second page, right? You go into the code, okay? Um code right here, custom code. You're going to hit custom, you're going to put in the code. You're going to copy, right? You're going to paste the code right in, you're going to hit save and then you're going to view and that's it. Your entire business is ready and I'm going to walk
Walking through the finished store
you through the business one more time to show you how cool it is. And for you to just understand how easy it is for you to find a winning product, clone it, rebrand it, and launch it. And everything is done, everything is on Shopify, right? So, again, this is what your customers will see. Beautiful page. Read is like design, right? I actually want to remove all this um like um you know how Let's view it in incognito. The how about that? Okay, let's view do in incognito, right? They're going to come here, it's already it's loading up fast. Look at this, right? And then your customer decides, "You know what? Yeah, I want to shop now. " Okay, cool. Super fast load, it's on incognito, and that's cuz we reduced the file size. It's all code, right? It's not like it's not going through a filter. like a Shopify filter. It's just straight-up code that loads fast, okay? It's not It doesn't have to uh get images from somewhere because we've already linked the images. So, it's like lightning fast. That's why I opened it on incognito, right? So, you can see there's no cache here, right? When you click this, everything updates. Okay, so let's say this guy wants to buy two, he hits add to cart, boom, taken to a cart page already prefilled, and then they check out. That's how fast and that's how easy it is for you to launch products. Hopefully, that made sense, guys. Thank you guys so much for watching till the end. That's the tutorial. It's um different uh to do it on Shop Funnels, but I will give that tutorial sometime later on. Now, you guys may have noticed that throughout this entire build, we
Resources and what's next
