How to clone a $12-19M store and launch it in 24 hours

So, in today's video, I'm going to show you how you can take a business like this that's doing anywhere from 12. 7 to $19. 5 million in sales, how you can find their best performing product, and how you can give it to Claude, who will then go ahead and create a version of the same website, but for your business. It'll write the copy, it'll create the images, and it will put it all together. And at the end of the day, you can actually have this website live and working. This is the fastest way to find a store that's working and actually get it to be live. In this training, we're also going to be covering how to create an AI avatar to tell your story and then create beautiful, amazing ads. And after creating these ads, we will actually take them live and start testing. So this is the full stepby-step walkthrough of Claude drop shipping. How we can build completely ready to go drop shipping websites on Claude. And we model high converting stores just like this. We swap out the product copy text um all of the assets for our brand. We bring them live with AI ads and start getting customers. And I don't hold back at all. I will reveal every single thing that I do to find these drop shipping stores and launch them. Finding a winning product worth modeling

started. All right, guys. So, for this launch, we're going to be going ahead and working with this product. And um I'm going to explain to you why we've gone ahead and we've picked this product. I'll explain the whole research process behind it as well. So, um this product I see has massive, massive sales potential. Uh, let me actually load up the other. Um, there's actually two stores that we tracked, both selling this, both making crazy money. And there's definitely a little bit of a hidden opportunity with this one, right? So, what is called Hestia? I know we're tracking it uh right here. So, for those of you guys that want to know how we're tracking these, um it's uh through winning hunter and that's uh primarily the tracker that we use. And so, we got one store that's running that's getting 2. 3 million traffic, you know, two every single month. Uh they do have a bunch of products, but their one of their main products is this one, which is the one that we're going to sell. And on the other store, not sure why this isn't loading up. Oh, okay. Perfect. It loaded and we refreshed it. Um, okay. So, this one um there isn't any traffic showing here, but it looks like they are tracking. It's about 100K in traffic. And every single month, they're clearing close to $500,000 in sales. And for this one, this is the main product. Okay. And so, for those of you guys who want to know what the product is, it's a color changing foundation. All right. And so for a better demonstration of understanding what the product is, it's this one right. So right here. So what ends up happening is someone will like you know ladies, they do use the foundation as part of their makeup. But the problem with foundation is that there are different shades for different skin tones and there's so many different skin tones that finding a foundation to match the skin tone has always been a problem. Then you have a product like this which is sort of in the category of huge transformations. Okay, it it's almost it almost applies like sunscreen, right? sunscreen and it gets on any skin with any shade and offers a huge transfor transformational benefit. And when I'm doing product research, these are kind of the products that I'm looking for. Right now, with this one, I did get a little bit lucky because when I checked like Amazon and Walmart and stuff, there's not too many people that are like supplying this product. It is genuinely one of those, okay, I can only buy it from the person that's advertising it to me. And even when I was checking like the people that are selling it, not too many people are selling it. All right. So, I think I have gotten a little bit lucky with this one. Uh, but again, we went through a few different products to choose from. Right. So, um, when I was doing product, basically, this is how I do it, right? So, I go on

Researching the ads that are already converting

Winning Hunter, right? And what I'm doing when I'm doing product research is I'm just looking through all of the different um products that are available here, right? My process is very simple. I'm looking for a product that I can sell for under $50 because for this case study, I don't want to necessarily sell a product that's over a hundred. Um, even though I love doing that, it would just I just want a quick win to show you guys how we basically build businesses, how we launch ads, how we run everything, right? So, I wanted one of those quick win businesses. So, I wanted to it to be 150. I wanted to be women centric because in my opinion it's easier to sell to women. I've I've had that experience. And the last thing is that I wanted it to be uh a transformation, right? Uh because I wanted the ads to be very attractive. And so this product for me sort of hit all of the different marks. And again, I was just going through what Winning Hunter recommended and I found a bunch like Okay, so this one I kind of I maybe do this one next. Okay. Um this is a really this is very different. Okay. So it's basically like for you know breast enlargement but it's like a red light for that which is crazy. Okay. It's red light for breast enlargement but it is it I haven't seen this product or you know come across before. So it was pretty like I was pretty um I was like okay this this is something that again offers a big transformation. Um it is definitely for an older audience. So this may be something that we do later on. But this was on the chopping block. So, I was seeing a bunch of these really good recommendations here. And one trick if you're ever going to use Winning Hunter is go to Magic AI and then so just sort of think of like what products you want to sell to, right? If you want to primarily sell to women, just type in women and just see like what are the products that are currently being marketed to women, right? There's going to be tons of them, right? So, for example, let's say you want to sell in weight loss, right? I have a I have a ton of experience in weight loss. I was looking at weight loss products as well. The problem with weight loss products is most weight loss products are around supplements. And for this specific case study, I didn't want to get into supplements, right? [snorts] But again, I found a ton of different products. So, I found this one, which is an overnight fat burner. I liked this one. I found this one, which is like patches, right? Uh that will unpuff anyone's face, but I was just like, you know, I think this is a good product. We'll save it for another um round. There's this one called instant tummy tuck which also I found really appealing but I was like gh I don't want to get banned on Facebook for running these type of ads. Then we found this one which is a cutting drink mix because it's summer. I feel like a ton of people are now like a bit worried about their weight cuz they're going to be you know going out in summer and stuff like that and um probably not wearing sweaters and stuff. I know that weight loss will start s start sort of start spiking but again I was just like I wasn't [snorts] so sure again it's a it's a supplement right not that I don't want to I we will launch a supplement first I just wanted to find um find something that um I know has like a very high chance of converting early right then we found this one as well which was for joint care and the only reason I feel like I don't want going to do this right now is because they have a ton of different like dog sizes. I don't really like selling a variation, right? Why should I why should everything change based on the size of the dog, right? If I were if it were me, I would like remove this part or it this is purely a marketing trick and they send everybody the same. Like I don't understand the variance in this, but I really did like this product as well and I liked um yeah, this one, right? So these are all the different products that I liked. But at the end, I ended up settling on this again. Um, it it's unique. It's cool. It offers an insane transformation. I think I can market it well. I I I when I was getting into this niche, so this is my first time entering makeup. I don't think I've ever sold in makeup before. I've helped clients sell makeup a ton that but me personally, I've never launched a makeup, right? So, this was, you know, unique for me to study into. Um, and specifically when it's coming to building ads for this, that's what but what really attracted me and again what I would recommend anybody do is when you're doing product research, actually look at what the competitor is running as an ad. And if it makes you go like, "Oh, wow. That's cool. " Like if you genuinely feel like that's cool, that's when I would recommend, okay, get into that product because it's going to work really well for you. Okay. Um because the best thing to do when you're doing a launch for e-commerce is number be interested in the product, right? Um I talk to students every single week. It's a Monday. We're going to um so I don't know how I'm going to release this. I'm shooting it as I build it. It's a Monday right now. You're probably not going to see it on a Monday, but uh I have a call with the community in two hours, right? And so what's going to end up like, you know, when I when I talk to these guys, you know, a lot of them are talking about products that they sort of don't care about, right? They think it's cool, but they don't really use it. They don't really enjoy the process of it. It's almost like, how are you going to get someone else excited about the product if it doesn't even excite you, right? So the best thing to do is go after a product that you're passionate about because then you can get into and you can get involved in the product on a deeper level. You need to have that understanding. So when I was looking at this product, I was looking at like this like it the product in and of itself genuinely amazed me, right? So when you look at like this thing blend in it, it starts off white and then it just becomes like part of someone's skin. I was just like, dude, that that's cool to me. And I'm sure when someone sees it, it's going to be cool for them as well. Okay, so this is again why I chose um uh to get into uh this product, right? So once your product is selected, right? and and um oh yeah, this is really important to talk about

How to tell if a product is truly proven

before we get into the next step is when I'm doing product research, all of these brands that I opened up are centered around one core offer, right? Like there's a star seller in all of these. They're not general stores. I'm not looking at general drop shipping stores. I'm looking at one product solutions. Okay? So like for example, this brand that we're going to Hestia, right? Most of their stuff is around um like makeup that dees you. All right? And you know, I can clearly tell that this is a best-selling product. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone for it. Okay? And that's a common theme across uh all of these different products where I'm doing product research where I'm finding branded one product drop shipping stores that I want to go after. And the second thing is um they have to have active ads that have been running for a while. So a lot of the stores that I was u I was doing, they didn't make it past my validation stage because they didn't have ads that were running past a certain point. Like for example, it's May 4th at the moment and this ad has been running since Feb 26th. That's a really good sign that this ad for this product has been running since Feb 26th. Even the other store that we're modeling, Hestia, right? Uh Hestia has ads um that have been running since November 5th. Okay, so that tells me that they have a proven concept that has been working for a really long time. Okay, so the next thing once you have your product selected and it's up to you what criteria you want to use. This is just the criteria that I went with for this video. Now, it's a few things that we have to prepare, right? Our offer is ready. We're going to build out this entire thing using Claude, and you will see how fantastic that is in a second. It's the closest thing I've seen to like fully autonomous AI building complete drop shipping stores. And I'm not talking about like those cheap AI drop shipper. Like, um Shopify AI builders, okay? I have not even used them because I know that like that's just like slapping a product on a generic template. This product wouldn't work as well if it wasn't on this website. It Okay, so I'm talking about Claude building a custom page for us based on a page that's already working. Okay, that's what I'm talking about. Um, and you'll see we're going to use claw to build out our entire landing page and how cool that is. But there are a few things. So number one, we've done we found the product, right? We know what we want to go with. Spart one is done. Now the second thing is building the website or funnel. And the third thing is the ad and the fourth thing is the launch. All

What white labeling really means

right. So now comes my favorite part of the whole process which is white labeling the store. Now, white labeling is a process of cloning an existing store and rebranding it for your brand. All right? And we're going to do this live step by step. Um, now a big question and I some I get a lot of people in the comments saying, "Oh, you're a copycat or why are you just copying? Why aren't you inventing? " The reason that I am doing what I'm doing is number one, I never really copy anything. Uh this process is really called modeling where we're taking sections of something that has worked repeatedly time and time again. Okay. Um for a brand and we're building it for ourselves, right? That's number one. So we're not going to copy anything. take any of their copy. We're not going to do any of that. Everything that we will create will be original. So this is the page that we're doing it with. Everything that we'll be we create will be original, but it's going to be inspired by something that works. Okay. Now, they have this text over here that says colorchanging foundation. We will also have something that says something similar. They have a testimonial here. We'll put a testimonial here. They'll have uh some copy here with the bullet points. We'll do that. They'll have some uh social media uh some badges. We'll have that too, right? They'll have a before after. will have that too. Now, I just had uh this this discussion with one of our students on a call. And the reason you don't want to invent your own process of selling is now you have to spend twice, thrice, even four times the amount of money to see whether or not that's going to work. We know this page works. They've been they're sending to this page. Um, if we look at the ads library, they're sending they're they've spent around 21,000 different ads. They spent on 21,000 different ads across their various products, but a majority of them are going to this page to figure out that this page works. Why would I do anything else? Why would I try and change it? Right? So, whatever section they have, we're going to have that section. whatever image those images as well. But what's going to be really important for us guys is that we rebuild it correctly. And to rebuild this entire uh page, we're going to go ahead and use Claude. Okay. Um so what does what will we what we will do is going to be absolutely magical. Uh you're not going to believe it when you see it, but it's insane how fast AI has grown. And uh I think without further ado, let's get into it. So to start off the process, what we're going to need is obviously our page ready. And then what we're going to want to do is go into ShopFunnels, go into again, like I said in the start of the video is I'm going to be using all of the tools that me and my students are using, right?

The 5 steps to go from idea to live store

We're going to go into WLD Design Lab, which is part of the program, White Label Drop Shipping, and we're going to go into this that says White Label any store. Right? You need to be a member to be able to get access to these uh tools. Okay? And we're going to follow this five-step system that will take any store, rebuild it, and rebrand it for you in the manner that it should be. And it's all done on Claude, and it's incredible. Okay. The first thing that

Building the business outline with Claude

we're going to do is build a business outline. We're going to click this. We're going to open this up. Okay. Uh give me a second. Okay. So, we're going to take this. We're going to copy this entire thing. We're going to go on cloud and we're going to paste it right here. Okay. say run this prompt. Okay. When we do that, it's going to start running it. And we're going to rename this chat the e-commerce white labeler. Okay. So, now the e-commerce white labeler is ready and we're just going to follow its set of instructions. The first thing that it needs is the URL of the competitor and the second thing that it needs is the screenshot. Okay. So now what we're going to do is we're going to take this URL and we're going to give it to our ecommerce white labeler which is right here. And the next thing that it needs is the fulllength screenshot. Okay. So we're going to take I I use this extension called go full page that takes a screenshot of the full page. Uh there's tons of these extensions out there that you could use for yourself. Okay. So now this entire page has been screenshotted. We're going to download it as a PNG. And then we're going to go ahead and give it to Claude code. Uh cloud. Okay. Uh not cloud code, just regular cloud. And then we're going to hit enter. Now what it's going to do is it's going to start going through. It's going to actually go on the page and start to analyze the design itself. And it's going to look at the website itself. So now it's going to go ahead and build this uh page step by step. And that's it. That's all you need to do. And you will see in a matter of a few minutes, the website template will be live. And this is what it's doing, right? It's working. It's creating all of this code on the back end. So this took me and my team a real long time to create. It's insane. And we're iterating and improving this process. um every single day. So now when it's done creating this, we're going to I'm going to hop back on. I'm going to show you what it's made. And as you can see, Claude has built my entire website. Now I show I'm going to show you how to take it live, right? And actually start making sales from this. But this is the entire white labeling um process described or visually shown. All right. Now, if you were to do this yourself, right, what would you do? You would create a Shopify store, maybe uh create or buy a theme, and then decide, okay, I think I should put this here. do this here. I should do XYZ, right? Versus this business that already knows what section needs to go where. They already know that this is what works here best, right? Look at this product name, rating, shipping note. Right? note, right? Testimonial and as you guys can see we're not copying anything right over here what our proprietary uh formula does is understand what's being said and puts in brackets okay this is the type of copy that should go in here for every single thing it understands that this is where you're talking about pain right look at this pain hook question it understands that this is the uh branding statement, right? Look at this, right? It understands that these are the MEC mechanisms and so this is the perfect white labeling process. Explain. In fact, we have students inside the program right now that are white labeling and launching faster than ever before. Within days, they have a worldclass websites live with copy, images, everything done. And it is incomparable to what they could get somebody else to do or any website that they could buy it. It's because the this process inherently understands what made it successful. So this is what I like to call the success architecture of the website. Um why did this become successful? I mean why haven't they changed this page? They haven't changed this page because it's been successful for them. Why has it been successful for them? because of the success architecture. So our AI employee goes in and grabs that success architecture and rebuilds it. Okay. So over here you have the bundle and save option right over here right why uh is changing you know why is prime color changing foundation the one for mature skin right why is it the why our product is the one for this target audience by the way if you wanted to sell something else like another skincare product you could on the same success architecture but this product works well for this so that's what we're going to do right over here what are the features right here. What are the features? Okay, over here um what are the steps right over here? What are the real results? Right? results right over here? Uh what's the ingredients? What's the you know coverage right? Uh over here testimonial right over here frequently asked questions. frequently asked questions right over here. Um uh secure uh your beauty is our duty right over here. What's our brand promise statement? So again, I know that I'm I'm going on about this for a while now. I'm going to stop. I just hope you guys understood what we were able to achieve here. And this is not where we stop. Okay. So what we've done in the white label process is we've uh done step one. Now let's go

Writing store copy in your brand voice

ahead and actually create our store copy. Okay. And the next thing that we're going to do is we're going to open up this second. This is the second step. And as soon as we finish all five steps, you'll see how cool and incredible this is. Okay. We're going to copy this entire thing. We're going to now go ahead open up a new chat. Okay. And we're going to paste this thing in here. Right. Um and this is again going to be our second AI employee. Now that we have the uh the the success architecture ready, right? So now that we have the success architecture ready, the next thing that we're going to have to do is actually start writing copy for this particular um uh for this particular uh page, right? Because we have all of the um headings here, but we don't have any of the copy. So that's the next step that we're going to do. Okay. Um uh first thing is I'm just going to go ahead and rename this uh white label copy writer. Um okay. Now what it's going to ask for is that success architecture. We're going to copy this and we're going to just quickly paste this in. Okay. Um then the next thing that it's going to do is just answer the questions, right? Um it's gone through all of this and it's understood. It's cataloging what copy it needs to write. Um, and so these two AI employees work very differently. One basically has a brain for breaking down everything and one has a brain of like cataloging what it needs to write copy on and it's understood 125 pieces of copy. So what we used to do back in the day, we've been helping uh people launch their e-commerce businesses for a decade now. We have copywriters on staff. Remember we had about three to four copywriters who would go through think through each of these things and write 125 pieces of copy upload that copy document to our funnel builder who would go in and write the funnel copy. Okay, it was a painstaking process. But this is the process that it was required, right? And every single copywriter needed to think through the product, the audience, the proof, the offer, the vibe. Like it needed to think through all of these things. And so we're taking all of these processes and we're basically building AIs that can do it. So if you are if your um assessment after this is oh I can get AI to do it. Maybe you can but maybe you can't because there's certain things that we've put in that we've only done so after learning what we've learned. Right? After you do we've done over a thousand different launches, right? After you do you understand some things and those are the things that we've inherently built in here. Okay? So, the next thing is it's going to ask us to paste in all of the product information. Okay. Now, what I'm going to do for the product information is I'm going to go to um our copyriter and get in get all of the information. And I'll show you what that looks like in a second. All right. So, what I've done here, guys, is I've attached a few things. This is all of the copy that I could find from the Amazon supplier. These are 10 reviews from Amazon. These are another 10 reviews. And all of this text is text from my competitors um best performing ads. Okay. And then

Feeding proven ad angles into the copywriter

what I'm also going to give our copywriter is the ad angles that we're going to run. Now, I don't know how I'm going to edit this video. I'm going to show you the copyrightiting first. Uh because I've written copy for the ads. Maybe that section will come up later. Not sure how this is going to be edited, but um this is how we're I'm putting it together anyway. So for you when you're doing this process, just give your copyriter all of the information that it needs, right? So um and these are angles that I'm going to run. Okay, so that's angle number one. And so these are actually ad scripts that we've made. Okay, angle number two. And it's good that I'm giving it to him because he will write the copy based on these angles as well. Angle number three. So I've given the copywriter all of the best performing angle. Okay. So before he writes the copy, he's going to understand who our audience is, what their current state is, what their desired awareness level is, what their primary emotions are. Like, you know, when you're writing copy with AI, and I've [clears throat] noticed this, when I don't prompt the AI well enough, the copy is subpar. Like, claude is honestly only as good as the instructions you give it. Otherwise, it's still better than chat GPT and other things, but it's still not the greatest. Like, humans are still better, right? But if you give Claude the right context with which to view the information, you give it the right lens, you tell it to act like a certain thing, it doesn't become just twice as good, thrice as good, 10 times good, it becomes a thousand times better than anything else. And so that's why it's thinking through all of these things. And the reason things is because when we created the master AI employee prompt that turns Claude into an into a white label copyriter, when we created these set of instructions, we told it to think through all of these things and only give us answers based on this lens. So now it's thinking through all of these different things, right? And the the uh the quick calls I need from you. The wireframe has everything, right? Uh, but it doesn't have our pricing. Okay. So, um, my pricing is $29. 99 for one. Okay. I'm going to go $29. 99 for one. Um, and then you can assume the rest. Okay. Um, and so, um, that's it. Locked in. And now it's creating a copy brief. So what it's doing is it's, you know, it has 125 pieces of copy to write. So that's what it's doing right now. It's writing 125 different pieces of copy based on all of this um all this entire lens. And then once we have that copy, we will go ahead and put it into the website. And then you will start seeing the website form.

Reviewing the finished copy

All right. So it is done. Okay. It's gone ahead and written so much copy that I can't even scroll through. It's written all of the copy. All right. And now what we're going to do very simply is we're going to copy this. We're going to go back to our white labeler who is literally waiting for the copy. Okay. Uh when you have the copy brief from the copyriter, send it over and I'll run stage two. This is why I like AI employees. They it's a standard process and that's what we've developed here. We've developed a five-step process to get you any website done in record time and you will see that unfold right in front of your eyes. Okay. So, we're going to copy this from our copywriter and we're going to give it to our website developer and the reason like we build and you will see the new uh the website populate. Okay. And so um the reason we do it like that is because I used to run a team of 30 people. And it was literally my job to take something that one person did and give it to another and then check if he did it right and this and that. And so obviously people sometimes are late, people sometimes make mistakes, people do that. But it taught me the process and the and then I realized that it's it's the process that we've been using that is incredible. And so to be able to take all of those heavy processes and then put it into AI so that I'm able to basically do it for any product and then obviously give that type of knowledge and that type of capability to every single person. That to me is crazy. Okay. So now again, it's going to go ahead. It's literally filling out all of the copy and um you'll see how that ends up looking like when this website is populated. So it's populating everything now. And um you know what? I'm going to again shut off the recording and I'll come back uh and show you when uh when it's populated. And just like that, all of the copy has been written. Can you see how insane that is? All of the copy. And this is not normal copy. It is worldclass freaking copy. And it's all written and it's all ready and it's all shipped and it's all perfect. It's ready to go, right? And that's because when we were when we wireframe this, right? Um, when we created that outline, we told the copywriter what exactly went on each, you know, we we told the copywriter what were the placeholders. The copywriter knew exactly what type of copy to write for each of the sections. The copywriter knew what the product was, what the review was, what all of that stuff was, and the copyriter understood it. It knew it, and it created the copy. So now that the copy is done and input into the website, what do you think is left? That's right. The images are left, right? We still have to finish the images. So let's move on. Let's go back to our white labeling process and let's go ahead and go move

Designing original images that fit your brand

on to step number one is complete. Step number two is complete. Now let's go into step number three, designing store images. And what do you think we're going to do? Obviously, we're going to go ahead and get an e-commerce white labeler. Okay, we're going to copy this piece of text in and we're going to open up a new claw chat, right? And we're going to go ahead and paste this in. I'm just going to hit enter. And then I'm going to go ahead and rename this to the white label uh white label image designer. Okay. The first thing that it needs is the updated uh updated copy docu. It needs basically the current version of the website. Right. So we're going to go to our white label employee. We're going to copy this thing in and then we're going to go ahead and paste it. right here. Okay. Now that it has the um structure of the website, it's going to ask us for a few a few questions and we have to give it to it honestly. Okay. So now it's gone ahead. it's understood um all of the information uh about the the product. And now this what the image designer is doing is it's cataloging all of the different images that it needs in order to um in what are all of the different images that are required to be able to go ahead and process this information. So now that the image designer has cataloged basically every single image it needs, the next thing that it's doing is it's asking us for a screenshot of the competitor's website. Needs to get an understanding of what type of images the competitor is using. Right? So since we already have that screenshot available because we gave it to our um white labeler to start off with, I'm just going to go ahead and attach that. And now it has received the competitor screenshot. Okay. And it's basically understood all the different photos, the color mood, the treatment, the composition, the testimonials, everything it needs to understand about all of the images has now been understood. The next thing is step three

Pulling every competitor image in one click

on or four, which is the competitor's images. So now we have to give it all of our competitors images. Now, what we're going to go ahead and do here is we're going to um go click here to image I. So, image I is a Google Chrome extension. It is one of the most powerful ones that I have. Now, what image eye does is it goes through all of the images of the page. Literally all of them. Okay. And then what we're going to do is we're going to uh go ahead and we're going to select all of these images, right? and we're going to download them as zip. Okay. And then we're just going to hit download. And all of the images that it's found on the page, it's going to download them into a very norm. It's like it's not even that heavy. It's only it's a very small zip file, right? And then what we're going to do is we're going to find our image designer and we're going to go ahead and upload all of the images to our image designer, right? Um, and so it basically now will start a very heavy process of going through all of the different images and cataloging the ones that we need to be able to create for our website. So now it's going through expanding all of the images, going through each one, and then it'll get a total count of all of the images that needs to start working on for us. So now that we've uploaded the zip file with all of the images of our competitor, what's gone ahead and done is it's cataloged every single image that now we need to create for our business. Okay. And so all of those images are here. It's basically created a plan for every single image that we need to create based on um this zip file. All right. So, now that all of these images, all of these images are catalog cataloged, it's asking us, can you give us your product images? And now what I'm going to do is I'm going to go find an image for my supplier. I'm going to go ahead and upload it here. So, what I'm going to do because I really like these images that um another one of my competitor has, I'm actually just going to go ahead and download all of these and give it to uh all right

Mapping out all 15 images your store needs

hold on to give it to our AI employee. And the reason that I'm doing that, guys, is these images are amazing. Yeah, I could take uh one of these supplier images, but they're not as high definition. So, I'm going to use these images to create mine, but I will let the AI know to put our logo across everything and not these. So, anyways, all of these images are AI generated anyways, but the thing about these images that I like is that they're good AI generation. So, I want really, really good um generations on my end as well. Okay. So, I'm going to go ahead. I'm going to um sort by. Again, I'm going to use image eye. I'm going to sort by position and page. I'm going to just select some that I like. Right. So, this one. Uh there's this one. Um there's this one. I think I'll take this one, too. Um, is there any really good ones of it being applied? I like this one. Um, again, I'm just going to try and look for like really good ones of the of the thing being applied, but none of them are here. Hopefully, there's enough on that end to be able to um Yeah, I think these are good enough. So, I'm going to go make sure it's downloaded a zip. And so, now all of them have gotten downloaded. I'm going to open this up, right? And I'm going to basically put the put these images in here now. Right. So, now I'm going to go ahead and put these images in uh for my images. Let's make sure it's our branding on the product. Uh these images have some other brand but a perfect representation of the product. I want co skin in the same way the other logo is. And so now we've uploaded our product images and CL cloud is so smart it's going to understand all of it. So now what our um AI employee is doing is it's cataloging all the different images it's received and what's happening in that image. And the reason so basically this AI employee has everything okay it understands let's go from the top we gave it our website right with all of the placeholders for the images then it asked for a screenshot of our competitors we gave it that right then it asked for all of the images of our competitor we gave it that then it asked for all of the images for our supplier we found a really nice store that has good images we gave it that and we said hey make sure it's my logo Google on the product because the competitor is just it's the same product as our suppliers. Right? So with all of armed with all of this information now it's basically gone ahead and prepared a set of different images uh 15 images to be precise that it needs to generate for us. Okay. So now all of these 15 images

Generating the first round of images

will start. All right. So it's going to it's saying this. Now I need to fix this in the main prompt but I'll show you how to work it right now. Not really fix but make an adjustment. I will say start. Okay. But just type this in at this point. Start. But give me only one prompt at a time. Don't wait for the imgb link. Okay, I know for a lot of you at this point you may be a little bit overwhelmed like what's going on but I promise you just follow these instructions and by the end of it at the way you saw the website come copy being written you will see the images being uh come up as well okay so look at this it's saying use this image use this prompt and go ahead and um and you will have your image done okay so now what I'm going to do is I'm going to use topview. ai AI. This is what I use for all of my image generations, okay? Uh exclusively. It is an amazing tool. And it's now gotten this insane storyboard feature as well that I'm going to look into, but you can basically tell it a story, generate a storyboard, and generate a video. Like, this is absolutely insane. We're going to do a full video on this coming soon. Uh but for now, let's go ahead and show you guys um the image generation stuff. Okay. So, uh in top view, by the way, you can segregate everything via boards. Okay. Uh I'm going to use this one. This is the last board that I use. I'm just going to this is just the board that I use for all of my um uh clawed um website design images. So, I I've got this open. Just create a new board. Call it whatever, right? I'm just going to call it clawed images um just for myself. I mean, look at what we I mean, I don't know if you guys saw the last video on this, right? These are all of the images that we generated. Like specifically like look at an image like this, right? Like it's not like it's photoshopped and gone, right? But it's so believable. Like it doesn't look like AI. And for me, this is like genuinely again Chad GBT2 number one top view for putting it together. And this prompt um the way that we prompt is very different. [clears throat] It is very different the way that we prompt. Like a lot of the prompting that we do for images, it has come about because we understand that it's just unfortunate that a lot of the prompting that people do is for like movies and cinematic and this and that. We do prompting for e-commerce. So, even the way that our prompting language has been developed, the it's because of that we're able to get images like this. Like, I took like three different types of references, but I was still able to create insane looking images. And just that for me is the reason why these images are coming out so exceptionally well. And so, the first time I ran it, it came up with this image and this woman looks too similar to the original, right? So, this is the original and it just gave me that with my product and I didn't want that, right? I don't want to. Again, we're all about modeling success, not taking someone else's work, right? Drop shipping is filled with people that take other people's work. And I didn't want it to be that for me, right? So, um I just again I just quickly went and I just said, "Hey, it looks too similar. Can you change it? " Right? And it just gave me a new prompt. I just submitted this image. I'm like, "Hey, dude, it's the same. " Right? and I want some somebody different. And so, look at this, right? Holding our product. And just incredible. So, now all of our images are done. And now comes the fun

Getting your images ready for the site

part. Let's go ahead and upload these images to our website. Okay. First thing that you're going to want to do is download each of these images in order and name them. Okay. Uh one quick way to do it is just go here, click select, go through, start selecting all of them uh one by one. Okay. And then hit download selected and it goes ahead zips everything into one file and downloads it. Um boom, it started downloading it, right? It's a zip file. I'm going to go here. Going to open the zip. And hopefully it comes in order. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 Oh, yep. All 16 images are in order. But what's important for you to do is um actually, yeah, let's just name it. It's just good if you put all of them in sort of um order. And this will just be a really good way for you to upload it. So, let me just go ahead and quickly name each of these things. Okay, so now all of these things have been named. Now, the next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to start uploading them onto our website. To upload them, what you're going to want to do is go to imgb. com. And it's free. Just create an account and start uploading each of these images one by one. I'll show you how to do that. All right. One thing that you're going to want to do before you start uploading all of these images is these are sort of heavy files, right? 1 MB. It's not that heavy, but if we want our website to load fast, what we're going to want to do is just change this PNG to a web p, right? And thank you guys for commenting this down below because this is actually uh a feedback and advice that I got from the community. So, please keep doing that. Okay. So, again, uh take this right, upload it to any converter like just type in PNG to web, right? converter and then upload it and then hit convert and then just go ahead and download that image and then take that downloaded image and then upload that to IMGB and it'll just be 88 KB. Right? So now um you have it downloaded again. It's imgbb. com and this is a direct link and make sure it's not a viewer link, it's a direct link and hit copy. Then go back to Claude. Go back to Claude and then just type one and then the link. Okay. And that's how you're going to now give it 17 links. And what it's going to do is insane. It's going to take all of those, sorry, 16 links or how many other links you have, and it's going to take all of those links and start putting it on the website. We went ahead, we saw that success template, we modeled it for our brand. We created original images for our product being used in all these various different scenarios and we have it ready to go. Can you tell me if e-commerce can be easier than this? It can't be. It literally can't be. Okay. Now, when you're at this uh part of the um website, it's now time for you to start making sure that every element of your website is working the way that you want. Right? I mean, this has taken maybe like a 24-hour period for me to get all of this done, which is insane. It takes a day to get all of this done now. Like, from winning product to uh to funnel design to copywriting to image design to bringing it up to making it live, then creating the scripts, then advertising and then launching. This whole process used to take weeks and it takes 24 hours to get anything uh decent live which is amazing. And there it is. It's done. Now I for me it's ready to ship. I am going to launch this. So I'm going to be very nitpicky about this. So over here I'm just going to uh say um uh hold on. Uh on this image I'm having trouble seeing the before after it seems cut off. Okay. Taking the store live on ShopFunnels

You can use this to go live on ShopFunnels or Shopify. Okay, I'm going to show you the Shopunnels version because it's way quicker to get it up and running on Shopunnels, but if you're running your store on Shopify, you can do that as well. Once you're in our community and you're using this, we'll show you how to go ahead and get this up and running on Shopify. We have some training that's being prepared and we will have this up and live very soon. Or you can just go ahead and email me and I'll show you how to do that. It's super simple. Now, it's taken the zip, it's gone through it, and it's going to go ahead and start making it online ready. Okay. And by that time, let me go into Shopfunnels and start prepping my store. And now in 1 second, you will see this page. Now, there's this thing called custom code. We're going to edit this go to our white labeler. We're going to copy all of the code that it's prepared for us and we're going to paste it in here. We're going to hit save. Okay. And then we're going to view the file and boom, in a literal second, the entire website is live. That's how cool this is. That's literally Okay. Now, um let me walk you through what this looks like. So on Shop Funnels, what happens is you can customize each part of the um of the customer experience, right? So this is the first page, right?

Wiring up cart, checkout and thank you pages

And now what we have to do is when they add to cart, they're going to go to the next page, right? Which is this one. So they're going to go to the next page. This is the cart page, right? Very nice uh very nice, very good-look cart page right here. And then after they buy, they go to the checkout page, right? So this is that this is their checkout page. And so we're going to basically customize the entire experience for them and make sure that it is working really well. Um again, how did we build before man? We used to build like this like we used to have like sections and stuff. We used to build each part of the page but now with claude because it can custom code an entire website in like seconds you have your entire website live and it's looking incredible. Right? So um again this is the custom code this is the cart page and this is the order page. Right? So now we have all of that ready. Um and let's just prep this uh thing for launch. It won't take time at all. Okay. The first thing is to connect the cart page to the main website, right? Because when somebody clicks here, right, we want them to go to the next page, right? So when somebody's clicking here and add to cart, it doesn't go anywhere because we haven't linked these pages up. So that's the first thing that we're going to do. Okay. So um so to connect the cart page, all we have to do is take this link. Okay. And then we're going to go back to our white labeler who is waiting for the add to cart button. Okay. So, if we do this and say add to cart button goes to this link. Okay. What it's going to do is all of the buttons here, right? It just moves people forward, right? So, it's just going to go ahead and make that change to this page and then we can just copy it and then put it inside of our uh website. And again, if you have any small changes here, you can make it on this side. It'll just adjust whatever you need adjusted, right? It'll rewrite stuff. It will change sections. Even our white labeler is capable of building really nice stuff. The only problem with the white labeler is you can't see the images. If you want to see the images, you have to go back to clog design. So, anyways, now it's written all of that. So, we're going to hit copy. We're going to go back to the um uh main page, right? We're going to hit here. We're going to change the code. We're going to hit save. And now when we see the website and we hit like add to cart, it goes directly to our cart page where they can make a purchasing decision. Okay, so I think the customization on this page is done. The next thing that we're going to want to do is add our products here. Okay, so let's go ahead and do that. So adding products is super simple. All we're going to do is go to store, go to products, and we're going to change this name of the product, right? So what is the product name? It says one stick. Try it for yourself. Right. So, I'm going to do Sol. Uh, one What's the best way? One stick. Should we do it like one stick or exactly the way that it's done? I think I'm going to do it this way. I've always done it this way. I think I'm just going to stick to that. Okay. one. Okay. And then what's the price on this? The price on this is $29. 99. 29. 99. Is it on sale? Yeah, it is on sale. So, we're going to hit on sale. Make this $29. 99. Then we're going to make this, what is it? 19 $99. 99. So, we're going to make this. Okay. So, we're going to hit save. All right. And then over here, guys, you can just connect this to whatever you want. Um, okay. And then we're going to also make sure that we change the URL, right? Just nice and organized. Now, you don't need to add the product description in the images, and you'll see why later, but for now, just making these changes is good enough. Okay. Then, we're going to hit clone product. This is another reason why I like ShopFunnels over Shopify, just because you don't have to, you're not forced to do everything. Okay. So, we're going to do two um 199 49. 98 $1. 99 and this is $49. 99. And then I'm going to change this to two. And I'm going to delete the word copy. Okay. Save. Okay. Then we're going to hit clone product again. And then this is three, right? Three. We have um 299 and we have $59. 99. Okay. And we're going to change this to three. And we're going to remove copy and we're going to hit save changes. Now we're going to go back to the builder and we're going to hit this button and we're going to go to the order form. We're going to hit products. We're going to make sure that we've selected 1, two, and three. We're going to confirm it. Then we're going to hit reorder. We'll make sure that it's in the proper order, 1, two, and three. Then we're going to because we've already decided on quantities for them, we're going to say you a customer is not allowed to change the quantity. That way the customer comes in can buy one, two, or three. Okay. Um, and we're not going to let them choose multiple products. We they can only choose one product. This way, it's much faster. And that's it. The cart page uh in my opinion is done. Now we're going to go to the next p. We we'll add the payment. You know what? To

Adding your products and setting prices

completely finish the cart page, we do want to add the payment uh gateway. So, let's go ahead and do that because that's the only thing that's left. To add the payment gateway, just go to store, just go to settings. Uh just go to payments, and then over here, you can just connect to uh multiple different payment processor. I'm just going to go ahead and connect my Stripe account. So, connecting a payment processor is very easy. I'm just going to I'm doing it on another screen right now. But all it is logging into the account. That's it. Cuz once you log in, it just autoconnects. And I think that's the same with pretty much anything. So now my Stripe account is connected. Now if I go back to builder um and if I go to the cart page, you'll see that everything is working. So if somebody goes here, right, you'll see all of this is um working fine, right? The payments will show up. People will be able to pay and this looks like a very nice cart page. Okay. And we can add product photos here and stuff as well. Like it's very customizable. So this page is done. Finally, it's our thank you page. Hey, your order is confirmed. If you have any questions, email. So my domain name

Connecting your domain name

is installcart@gmail. com. So, I'm going to leave that over here. Um, and then what I'm going to do is we can actually link out to other products for this specific section. I'm not going to, right? I'm just going to just leave it like this. Okay. But you could send out and start selling multiple other products over here. With that, literally, we are good to go. Like, this is all that was needed to make this website live. Um there's a few things that we'll talk about now which is just changing the domain name. So to change the domain name all you have to do is go to funnel settings and change uh you can just use a subdomain from Shopunnels call if you don't want to attach your domain name or you can just type in your domain name and hit connect. It'll show you how to go to where you've purchased the domain name and you just have to point the domain name there. But that's super easy. Um we're going to have to connect the do I'll just connect my domain name. Now, when you do that, make sure to change where it's being pointed to, right? So, you'd have to go back and change the cart page. I may should I may I maybe should have connected the domain first and then um uh um you know gotten the white labeler to um uh change the cart link, but that's fine. Um and then uh a few things that we're going to want to do is settings. We're going to want to change the name to this to whatever your product name is. the old skin. Um, okay. We're going to hit save here. What else? Um, we're going to want to change the name of the Yeah, the funnel name is changed. We're going to want to change the name of this landing page as well to seal skin. Okay. We're going to want to change the name here. And Okay. And uh um now if I just hit refresh you'll see everything has become like co skin right um the entire everything is is changed to like co skin. Um okay now all that's left for me to do is to connect the domain name. And once I connect the domain name I'm going to go ahead and start the launch process for this product. All right. So the next step is

Moving into the advertising phase

advertising. Right. So, we're going to be advertising this product. And to be able to advertise, the first thing that you need you're going to need is all of your advertising inventory in place. Okay? So, [clears throat] I'm going to show you what that means. You need to have access to a repository of videos that you can essentially use to be able to create your ads, right? And so, you're going to need to make sure that you have all of your links ready, right? So, you need to make sure that you know there's plenty of videos on Tik Tok available for the products because we're going to be creating what I like to call a compilation video. And a compilation video is basically like it's going to be like a narration and we're going to show like different clips overlaid o on top of the narration on top of like a story um to showcase the effectiveness of the product that we're selling. That's what we're going to do. Now

Researching the angles that hook your buyer

we're going to be using some clips from AI to also create we're going to be using AI clips as well, obviously. Uh, but to be able to show the transformation, we need to show like all of these amazing transformations happening. But it's not just like, oh, download this and run it as is. And I wouldn't recommend that. uh what we're going to do, we need to create a a story based on someone who's actually used the product and the um the positive benefits that occurred as a result of them using the product. Okay. So, our ads going to be like a story from our prospective customer and walking through her journey of what life was like before the product and what ended up happening after the product entered her life. And while this person is saying the story, we're going to be showing all of these clips that we find of this product being used. So, that's typically what an ad would look like for us. Okay. Now, how we're going to go ahead and end up creating this ad is uh first thing is obviously go ahead and do a ton of research yourself. Like I would almost recommend go through and just start watching videos one after the other, one after the other and scroll through like at least 20 videos so that you understand what your customer is going through. Okay. The next thing that I want you to do is have a link for one of the people that is selling this product um online so that what you can do is you can go through the reviews and I want you to actually go ahead and read these reviews so you have a good understanding of what how the product works. Right? So for example, look at this. Right? I've really gotten into Korean beauty. I'm 54. Foundation has been challenging and she has no problems with it. I it holds up well. It held up. It held up for me for 24 hours with no retouch. I mean, that's a pretty powerful statement to make. Okay, so you you got to understand what the product is. And so you number one is just have all of the relevant links ready. You need to have links to Tik Tok videos, to advertising, to the supplier. And then once you've done your own research, once you've sort of just understood what the product is, now

Writing ad scripts that convert with Claude

it's time to start writing scripts. So when we're writing scripts, what we like to do is I like to go to one of my AI employees. Okay? Now, throughout these videos, you will see me use a ton of tools that I've developed for me and for my students. Okay? And towards the end, I'll show you how to get access to all of these tools. So if you see me going into uh the white label drop shipping program which is our main program or if you see me going to the AI vault which is also part of our main program but it can be uh acquired separately as well. I'm using these tools cuz I use them every single day to run my business and my students businesses. Okay. So that's what I'm doing cuz that's basically how this is these are tools that I use in real life. Okay. So, uh, inside of the vault I like to use or all the way on the bottom there's going to be Shopfunnels AI master copywriting. These are all the copywriter or copywriting prompts that I use, but this one that I've been using of late, it's insane. Okay. um the because it's pre-built with a ton of knowledge of some of the best copywriters in the game like Claude Hopkins and Robert Collier and Victor Schwab and Gary Halbert and Dan Kendi. If you ever just want to become a better marketer, just read their books, okay? And just don't like I know a lot of people are too AI um obsessed like I a ton of questions that I get is like Ali AI said that your ad should be 30 seconds long. Dude, I know AI said that and AI said that because what AI does is if you don't give it um a good enough set of instructions to start off with and that's all my AI employees are, right? It's a really good set of instructions for the AI to start with. So it doesn't give you junk knowledge. Um, and so that's what I did here when I was writing all of these prompts. Right? So if you go um, so I'll walk you through. So I just pasted this in and it became my master copywriter. If you don't do that, AI will say, "Okay, yeah, I I'll write a 30 secondond ad for you. " Because that's what it thinks it needs to do based on like the general understanding. Like it'll look like a person like Coca-Cola that runs 30 seconds ads and it'll tell you, "Oh, because Coca-Cola runs 30 secondond ads and it's spent billions on advertising. That's probably a good enough reason for you to run 30 secondond ad. " No, man. 30 second may not be enough for you to explain to your prospective customer who's just seen an ad from you whether or not they should purchase the product. You may need a minute. minute 30. Dude, I run three minute ads. I've run four minute ads. and AI and even Meta Advertising got on a call with me because my account had reached a certain limit where they assign a rep and stuff. Um and um even those guys were like, "Hey, why don't you consider lowering the time? " And I was like, "Dude, I've done that and it sucks. I can't get conversions off a lower ad. " So, it really just don't listen to AI off the bat. you need to do your own like you need to become a better marketer first and AI will just help enhance you. AI is an enhancement tool. It's not going to just magically build your business. Okay. Uh sorry to go off on that rant. We may be going on some of these rants. Okay. So, um we've put in this copyrightiting prompt. Okay. And then what ends up happening is um it'll start asking you, okay, I'm your senior copywriter. What are we working on? Right? So, basically I said I want a story-based ad. Uh, you're going to be working on a voice over for me for a Facebook ad. I'm gonna you you're basically going to be the voice over and don't worry about the clips. I'm going to have another AI employee figure out the clips for me. They said, "Awesome. " And so I said, "I want my ad to follow this um this set of instructions. I've always done that and this sort of set of instructions has always helped me like an interesting hook problem identification agitation introduce the solution identify how it solves the main problems identify how it brings to life other benefits that we didn't thought we didn't think but matters but do find an analogy that explains the solution comparing it to something in the real world that someone that will help someone understand why they need this scarcity and urgency and call to action. This type of advertising has worked really well for me forever. And anybody I've introduced this to has magically skyrocketed their CTR and their sales. It's just because there's nothing else left to say if you say this. And if you say other things and if you don't say this, you're wasting time, right? So this is this has been my magic eight combo, right? Um and so um uh I was like, "Okay, I'm going to give you some perspective on what the product is. Are you ready to learn? " And she said, "Okay, cool. Yeah. uh we're going to do that. And so I gave it all of the information from the supplier, right? Plus I gave it tons of reviews. I pasted it in plus. So another thing that I did to train the AI was give it this. Now what this is I went to one of the competitors, right, of the product and I downloaded four of their best performing ads. Again, you just put the competitor's name in. You put active ads in. And then you can go ahead and download them. And it's super easy. You just click see details on the ad. Let's say this is it. You go to inspect, right? And then when you do that, just go on top this link. It's called it's going to be called video something. You just open it up. Um you just copy that link, open it up, and boom, right? Their best their video ad is here. And then you can just hit download. Right. So just with that method, I downloaded four of their top performing video ads. Okay. And then what I did was I put those four ads into uh Cap Cut, right? Because I have the Pro account, I was able to just hit um captions and then I got all of the went ahead and hit export. I got all of the captions exported and then I also gave that to my copywriter. And the reason I gave that is now my copywriter has everything relevant information about the product review so that it can understand what customers are saying about the product in their own words and I have their best performing ads. Okay. And with that our copywriter is ready. Okay. He knows the audience, the

Three angles, three hooks, three reasons to buy

emotional drivers, the angle, the objections and the structure that I want. Okay. And then it's asked for the offer and the target length. Okay. So I said my offer is 70%. And I don't mind the length that he was aiming for which is a minute 30 seconds, right? But I said if you want more time that's fine and some of the ads that we're going to develop are 3 minute long ads. Okay. Then I came up with three angles based on um the script. I said I'm looking to make three angles. Okay. The first angle is this. The second angle is this. And the third angle is this. Okay. So what's the first angle about? It's the skeptic surrender. Okay. So, it's basically uh the story of a woman who has been seeing uh videos of the product being used. All right. And uh didn't believe it until she tried it and um you know got amazing results. The second is the aging skin rescue. Right? So, it's talking about how frustrated she was with her current solutions, how she tried the product on and ended up um getting really good results. And the third was why I stopped wearing makeup. Someone was really tired of just wearing makeup altogether because of how they ended up looking with it and then they tried this product and they ended up becoming uh you know they ended up getting amazing results. So these are my three ad angles that I've used and I did have one note for my copyriter is maybe a little bit too advanced for this training, right? But I said, I want you to mention the product in the start, just a little bit before you get into the main meat and potatoes of the ad. The reason I want that is because I want to show a glimpse of the transformation in the start to hook them and then I want to get into the ad. So then it rewrote some ads for me. And now basically what I did ended up doing is I have all of my ads ready to go. Now to understand how I write ads inside a white label um we have a full program called when you go to create your ads or not only can you get our editors to make the ads for you we have something called create your own and this is basically the process if you go through my entire step by step you'll understand how I write and create ads okay so it's all here or you can have our team create ads for me my team is actually working on these ads right Um, but before that, let me show you what we did. Okay. So once I was happy with the ad angles that we were going to use, I said, "Do me a favor and give me the ads as a copy pasteable file and make sure that each line is on a separate each sentence line because when you give it to like when you give an ad like this to like an AI

Creating an AI avatar to deliver your script

AI um or because we're going to start creating AI avatars, okay, it it makes it so much better when the output comes out when the AI avatar says the script. It says it so much better when you give it to them in this manner. Okay, so that's what I did and it ended up giving me these three ad angles and they're easy to copy paste in. And one more uh note that I did was you know don't have like these m dashes and dot dots. Just use commas and uh commas and periods. Okay, that's basically all you need to do and your ads are going to turn out so good. Okay, so now that I have my ads that are ready to be copy pasted in, the next thing I'm going to do is go to MaxFusion. So, I've used MaxFusion. ai a lot. Uh, number one, it's become extremely creditfriendly. Okay. And I was able to get all of my angles generated with AI avatars because of Max Fusion and they are incredible. Okay, — watch. — So, let me actually play one of these ad angles for you. It's 30 seconds. Let me play how realistic this looks. — Watch what happens when I blend this white stick across my skin. The redness disappears. The fine lines soften. The age spots gone. and it matches my exact skin tone in real time. — Okay, so this is really good in terms of like the facial expressions, um the way that she speaks, um the pacing, all of that. And the way to do it is so you have your script, right? And your our script is probably pretty long. So

Bringing the avatar to life with your voiceover

let's go to angle one. You copy this in. You go to Max Fusion right here. And you're probably going to be greeted with this screen. Just start a new project and name your project something. We've created a bunch of ads here, right? And then you paste in the script here. It's going to only allow you to do 1,500 characters. That's fine. Uh that's plenty actually. And then what you're going to want to do is go to choose actors and choose one of these AI actors. Now, if you saw that video and thought, "Oh, Ali, I can tell it's AI. " Don't worry. We will edit it so well that the parts where you can tell that it's AI, you're not going to feel it. Okay? That's what we're going to do. So, I chose Denise across all of my character generations. And then when you hit edit, this is where you get better. I had some really, really good generations come out after. Right. Uh, this is a really good one. Let me actually play you just a little bit of it. — Watch what happens when I blend this white stick across my skin. The redness around my nose disappears. The acne scars fade, my freckles still show through, and it matches my exact skin tone in real time. — So, you know, this is really, really good. Okay. Um, and the way that I did it was, and I got better at generating as I did more and more, you have to play around with these settings based on the characters that you choose. Now, the good part is you can listen to it before you generate the actual video. You can listen to how it sounds. And this listening is free. So, I listen to it quite a bit um, the more I did it. Now, what really worked for me is increasing the speed to 1. 15 and increasing the similarity to 0. 9. This these two settings really work for me. and I hit generate audio and I got a really good set of videos. Now, the goal isn't to show this person because what you want is you want to be able to have this person tell their story, but the goal is to have a common person, which is in our case this AI avatar who has used the product and she's sharing her story of what she went through. Now, what we're going to do is overlay different clips. We may AI generate some clips. We may find clips online. Whatever we do, we will overlay clips and we will do it in such a fashion that you can't tell that it is an AI ad. Okay? And so what I've done and this is exactly um I basically downloaded all of it. So ad two was pretty long and it was four parts, ad one was only two parts and ad three was three parts. Okay. And so now I've gone ahead and I've used our white label team again. And so if you're part of the program, our team will create custom ads for you. I just submitted all of my clips to them and I said exactly what I want the edit to look like. And now my team is working on it. I thought for this case study, I'll just rely heavily on the team to be able to create the ad. But once they do come back with the ad for me, I'll show you exactly how um if you're editing, if you're just following along and editing at home, how you should have your ads look like. Okay. All right, guys. So

Setting up the ad campaign the right way

now it's time to talk you guys through the ad setup. So, I got my ads back from my editors and um this is essentially what it looks like. Let me actually give you a really good example of an ad. Um you guys saw me create the ad with the AI avatar, right? So, now I'm going to show you what that ends up looking like, right? So, this is what it is. So, basically it's a mix of the person, right, and the product. person and product. That's it. So, we've given the um the ad and what our um editors do is find clips, put these clips together, and create really compelling ads with captions. And that's what they've done with all three of those ads, right? Just find really nice videos, generate videos with AI, uh where it needs to be, and create ads that really speak to the audience. Now, if I just showed my AI avatar throughout, it would just be a dead giveaway that this is AI. But because we have different videos coming in, um, and we have videos coming in like every few seconds there's a change, right? Because that's what we need to be able to create that retention. And because of that, we're able to generate an insane ad. So, I the way that I'm starting off is I'm starting off with three ads. So, I have three ads, ad one, two, and three. And this is going to be my launch stack. Okay. What we're doing is an [ __ ] campaign. All right. Simple um adset budget optimization. I don't start with CBO. Um I used to and then I went back to [ __ ] And when me and my students when we test ads for some reason whenever we're testing [ __ ] we're getting better results than CBO. Okay. So, typically um Okay, you know what? I need to take it back because I know that there are a few of you guys that are watching this that don't know what I'm talking about. Okay. Um so, what is [ __ ] and CBO? [ __ ] means adset budget optimization. Essentially, when we're setting up a campaign, what we're doing is we're not selecting campaign budget. We're selecting adset budget. And what that means is that we decide how much money to spend testing what audience and what ad. Okay? And the

Testing 10 interests on a tight budget

way to test ads for me is very simple. I'm going to test 10 different interests. Okay? Now, you can do a lower scale version of this because I'm doing it for the channel and I want to start getting sales in really quickly. I want to do a small test. Sorry, fast test. Now, if you're somebody with a limited budget, let's say you have $30 a day or $50 a day to test, you can't go past that. We work with students all the time that are uh, you know, have really limited budgets and I and I respect that, right? So, you have to think about it. Uh the same strategy in your budget. Okay? For me, what I'm doing is $20 a day. Okay? Testing all of these different interests. Okay? Now, I'm going after e-commerce interests. I'm going after PE I'm going after brands where people are actively spending money like Sephora, MAC, L'Oreal, Maybelline, Benefit. Like these are like women actually go to these websites and buy from these guys all the time. And I want those customers. I want customers that actually buy products, right? And so these interests are filled with that. Within each interest, you'll see the way that I've done the targeting, right? Is I have um so the way that I set up adsets is I have the name of the interest that I'm targeting, how much I'm spending on that interest per day. Uh what is the batch number? Basically, I get ads in batches, right? So I got three ads. I actually have six ads, but I'm testing the first batch. So, first, so I so in a different spreadsheet, I have all of the different ads and batches and when I ran it. So, this is important to put in as well. Okay, so we have ad one, two, and three that we're testing the same three ads across all of these different interests because I think the ads are really powerful and they will convert. Okay, what I want to check is which interest has my buyers because those are the interests that we're going to double down on and scale. Okay, and testing 10 different interests is a really good way to um find uh find out like what those interests are. And that's it. That's an easy starter beginner friendly way that we've been able to get sales for pretty much anybody that has been able to join. And so happy to say we're at the finish line, right? We found a winning product. We cloned um a a a whatever like multi-million dollar website, created our own branded version of it. Uh we created ads for our product, we set up our website, we launched or we got the ads created, we have the ads scheduled. And guys, this is the entire process of white label drop shipping. inside of white label drop shipping, this is what we do. Okay. Um, now for those of you guys that don't even want to create websites, we actually have some that we've already created that you can build that you can just put into your account and launch, right? Um, so for example, this website is for nose patches. Okay, we found this website to make $120 to $180,000 as you guys can see, right? This is our competitor store that is making that much money selling these patches. So, what do you think we did? We created our white label version of the same store, right? And we give you the ability to download this into Shopify or Shopfunnel. So, this is done for you, right? All of these stores.
