Does Your eBay Dropshipping Item Arrive With an Amazon Box and Invoice?

what if a buyer purchases an item from you from your ebay or amazon drop shipping account and it arrives in a Walmart or Home Depot box aren't you gonna be angry about this we're gonna find out in this video what's up guys Paul here from dropshipping Titans calm where I teach you how to start run and scale your very own profitable ebay drop shipping business and the truth is that I have sold over 60,000 items onto eBay so far and less than 1% of my customers have complained that the item arrived in a box from another website like Walmart Home Depot or amazon. com so at the end of this video I'm gonna tell you how to deal with those customers but in the meantime I want to answer the question why don't most customers care that their item arrives from another website so to best answer that question I'm gonna put myself into the shoes of your buyer so what I'm going to do is go onto ebay calm and actually purchase a bunch of items from other eBay dropshipping and have this items sent directly to my home once they get here I'll turn the camera back on we can take a look at the boxes see if there's any invoices inside kind of see what our buyers see when they get the items that they thought was gonna come from eBay but instead came from another website so I'm gonna go ahead and order those items and I'll see you guys in a few days so it's been a few days now and I just got emails from eBay letting me know that all the items have been delivered so let's head back to my apartment and check out what we got okay so hopefully packages are here hey how you doing any packages huh let's see I see something oh I see a lot about oh I know it's so exciting I'm came home oh yes oh I see a lot of packages I remember ordering that much did you order something are you doing Oh what you see I used to see me alright guys so let's take a look at these boxes now let's try to put ourselves in the mindset of our buyers on eBay or Amazon to see what they're kind of experiencing when they get these packages in the mouth so I order these items from ebay from people that I know are drop shipping the items so let's take a look at one of these packages right here this is one that's obviously dropship from Amazon and just looking at the package here you know the logo is pretty subtle it's just the smile and I'm not even sure that I would really even notice this if I bought an iron from eBay and it came in this package yes I know that this is the Amazon logo but it's so subtle and you know I think a lot of people just have a lot of amazon packages laying around from things they bought in the past or maybe they actually sell on Amazon and eBay switches have a bunch of these lined up and they use them for both so I don't know that's just my box but let's open it up and see what it looks like inside here okay so inside is obviously the slips this is one that has a gift receipt yeah so doesn't even have the price on here but it clearly says that is from Amazon you read that and but it doesn't have a price on there at all so this you don't have to worry about the price because you can do a gift receipt but they will see that it is from Amazon but I kind of open this not the way normally open packages normally the way opening packages is like this open there take the item out and that's it I don't even look at the invoice because I know I can always go online and check the receipt online so that's the way I think that most people open the packages what is this actually I knew it this was uh yeah these things are pretty cool these are a little fruit called the miracle berry and they're called miracle berries because if you eat the miracle berry

then anything you eat after that sour will actually taste sweet so you evil on these miracle berries then you eat like a lemon and it actually tastes sweet not sour the miracle berries themselves are actually pretty expensive so you can get these like little tablets like little candies that are made from the miracle berry and I'm gonna try this out later so here's another item also that was drop shipped obviously from Amazon and you see this one is a little bit more obvious it says prime everywhere it says fast free delivery free Street free video streaming so it doesn't actually say Amazon on it but it's a bit more obvious that this is an Amazon order but again customer might just rip this open they might just look at this and assume that it's from like someone who's using the same packaging that they use for both Amazon and eBay stores but it does say up here on the return address amazon fulfillment services so let's open this up take a look at what's inside no a little traffic for my GoPro and again you see the same yeah this person use a gift receipt as well that just says you received a gift and it doesn't have the price in there at all so you don't have to worry about them seeing the price if you use the gift receipt option let's see this is a box something you're ordered that actually came in a box again from Amazon this one's actually pretty subtle it's just a plain brown box but the tape here is clearly Amazon tape but again you might just assume that this person whoever sold it to you just use tape that they have because they sell on both Amazon and eBay no I keep saying that over and over again but I really believe that order here let's take a look and this one we they're not doesn't have any invoice inside nothing so besides the tape on the outside and the fact that the return address is amazon fulfillment services this has nothing proving that it came from Amazon that's pretty cool okay let's move on to Home Depot now so this is something that was dropship from Home Depot a completely blank box and actually this is something I ordered for my SodaStream what you have over there which is like a you guys know what the SodaStream is this is the SodaStream it's basically a way to make seltzer at home so I just ordered some flavors for it you can get a little flavor mixes so I ordered that and the Box on the outside you actually see it says SodaStream right here so I'm thinking that I bought this from a drop shipper on eBay who bought it from Home Depot and then Home Depot drop ships the item directly from SodaStream which is pretty funny so I'm guessing that's the way it works the return address does say Home Depot so that might be the only indication that really small letter in there it's gonna open it up let's see what it looks like inside everything on in here just oh there is a packing slip in here let's take a look at that I has my name it has my address and it doesn't say oh it does say at the very bottom thank you for shopping at Home Depot and then it gives some return information if you want to return the item to Home Depot but besides that doesn't really have any Home Depot logos or advertising anywhere so if they looked at this they would see that it was from the Home Depot and how they can return it to the Home Depot but it also doesn't have the price anywhere on here I'll show you cover up my address this shows you the invoice shows how many be ordered and what I ordered but it doesn't actually have the price of the item which is pretty cool Home Depot always does that you'll never see the price on an invoice when an item is drop shipped from Home Depot also dropship from Home Depot this one though came in a Home Depot box very big whirring on the side that says the Home Depot so a bit more obvious there against on the side it says hassle-free returns and even this shipping label is orange which is kind of the Home Depot coloring right there now with that said again I know I mentioned this before but I think a lot of people when they see a Home Depot box

they don't necessarily think that it comes from Home Depot so many people that sell online buy boxes from Home Depot and then use those boxes to ship their items so if I ordered something from Amazon or Ebay and it came in a Home Depot box I would just assume that that's what happened the person had a home depot box that they bought a whole bunch of and that they want to use that to ship the item okay so I open up this box pull out all this stuff and believe it or not this one has no invoice either so no indication besides the box that actually came from Home Depot yeah and then the return address actually doesn't even say Home Depot on it says just the address of Home Depot that's it so it's just really the box in this case and again I think most people just think that those are the boxes people use this when they sell stuff online alright one more package here I have one from Walmart calm this one is pretty obviously from Walmart if you notice right here it says Walmart right there it's the Walmart logo the Walmart colors the front of it is a whole bunch of tape hey yeah that says Walmart so if you look at the address it just says up you probably can't read it says up here that the return address is also Walmart calm so this one is a little bit more obvious came from Walmart but let's see what happens when I opened it up again I think the buyer could just assume that you have all more boxes that's where you bought your boxes from and puts one on the floor see okay see a whole bunch of this stuff and yeah yes I ordered a whole bunch of toilet paper you gotta have the good stuff and there's no invoice inside actually no so so you don't have to worry about them getting the price in this situation I do know that's not always the case this is the only item that I ordered that was dropship from Walmart but in this case there's no invoice inside although that's not always the case so I've made a huge mess of my apartment but I think it was worth it because it's kind of showed me and I think it's shown a lot of you as well that this is not something that we should be worried about customers are going to get items in boxes from other companies but in a lot of cases it's very subtle we saw those Home Depot packages that just have a smile on it or no logo at all and it besides on the tape we saw that the Walmart box didn't even include an invoice in it the Home Depot boxes didn't include the price on the invoices and again when you order something from online the person shipping it to has to buy the box from somewhere so they might as well have gotten it from Walmart or Home Depot or just reuse an Amazon box for that purpose so as promised I'm gonna help you deal with the customers that do complain that the item arrived from another website like Amazon or Walmart comm so if you click the first link underneath this video that's gonna be a free PDF download that contains templates that you can use to send messages to your customers if they do start to complain about the box or the invoice inside or if they find out that the item was cheaper on another website it takes you step-by-step through what to do but just know at the end of the day that most likely if the customer does leave you negative feedback you will be able to most likely get that removed by eBay and I'm going to cover all that inside that PDF for you so make sure that you do download it and check it out I think you'll find it really helpful if you found this video helpful or you found the PDF helpful please give this video a thumbs up I'd really appreciate it if you like my content and you want more information about ebay or amazon drop shipping make sure that you do subscribe to the channel thanks so much for watching guys and I will see you in the next video okay so I got some lemons limes strawberries sour patch kids and of course the miracle berries okay so I think first we should do a control we should make this like a real experiments we just don't get control we should taste them see what they taste like especially the sour patch kids we're really gonna have to sample these early in order to get a good little taste like to eat them I know but it's like a
