Enhance Your Marketing Channels with AI

and it's been uh amazing to see the changes that you all have been making very quickly in the last year or so in terms of adopting AI into the workflows that you have so without further Ado uh here's Cody who leads product there ah yeah thanks Kathleen and yeah like you mentioned cnso has been solving the problem of direct mail for companies for years now and we've done we've uh basically executed over 4 million C and with the recent acquisition of Alice have expanded our data capabilities overall all um a lot of times if you've ever run a direct mail campaign you know how difficult that can be and Soso has really made that as easy as just integrating with a couple tools adding a new uh step to your workflow and I really want to walk through that today I'm going to use the example of HubSpot but really you could just imagine it's with any marketing automation tool and then we're going to talk about the AI capabilities that go on top of it so uh the first use case that I am going to walk through is going to be a webinar so let's say today you're running a webinar and you're grabbing a list of attendees very commonly a question we hear is how do I get those attendees to convert or it could be an in-person event or basically any kind of workflow that uh you're looking to capitalize and convert leads through so uh within HubSpot we integrate directly we would be able to add a step directly to your workflow I built a really simple one here list membership they're a member of a webinar attendee list and then we can just automate the physical gifting process um a lot of folks think that this might require an address Soso handles all of that for you so basically we'll handle the address Collection part of the actual process you don't have to store the data there's no privacy concerns there uh but this just gives you basically an easy way to just enhance the existing marketing channels that you're using today whether it's somebody who's engaged with an ad or somebody who's filled out a form on the website or downloaded an ebook and you're looking to create a warmer connection you can easily apply Soso to any of those workflows um this example webinar attendee we send him a physical gift the other great part is that Soso is integrated with a ton of tools we have over 40 Integrations and we pass back the details of everything that we do back to those tools uh so in this example if I were to run a webinar attendee followup snosa will also pack pass back the status of what happens so you'll be able to see when a package is shipped delivered and you'll be able to automate off of those events and also use this to track attribution and pipeline so uh as a marketer I'm sure this is super important in your process basically being able to track exactly what you're doing here
