okay let's get started step one is to log in to bonduro and navigate to your task list this is where we're going to upload your list of past customers you want to reconnect with to tell them about your latest feature offer or product now in this instance we're going to be doing a group send using bonjour's unique rollups feature that lets you send a single video to a large group of contacts up to a maximum of 200. don't worry if you have more than 200 contacts you'll just need to record and send another video for each group so first up you'll want to add your contacts into bonjuro so click new and select csv upload to upload your contacts in before sending if you already have your crm integrated with bonduro you could also do this by adding a tag to the contacts in your crm and create a workflow that adds those contacts to bunjuro based on the addition of the tag select your csv file again with a maximum of 200 contacts fill in these fields before clicking upload the reason field is just a note to yourself about why you are sending to these contacts let's put win back campaign 1 here once you've uploaded your contacts
