Two Tips For Finding an eBay Mentor Without Getting Ripped Off!

what's up fellow dropshippers in today's video i'm gonna be talking about teachers mentors and gurus now it's not a bad idea when you start out dropshipping to find someone who can kind of help you along the way this might be something as casual as watching somebody on YouTube who is an advance seller or maybe finding a course that can help you or maybe you need something more advanced and you're gonna find a mentor that you can check in with every week no matter which one of these three you choose you always want to look for two things before you become their student first you want to make sure that they're actually capable of creating quality content so check out some of their YouTube videos before you buy their course check out some of their free ebooks check out anything that they put out that's free see if you like it see if it's helpful for you before you actually give them money and pay for service from them a second thing you want to look for is you want to see if they have proven that they are at a place that you want to get to so in other words let's say you want to make $8,000 online see if they're at least making $8,000 online if not then they're not a good teacher for you maybe you just want to make $5,000 online but you want to be completely passive sign find someone who's doing that and become their students now unfortunately a lot of mentors who are selling their services are trying to get you to pay them to be a teacher and student relationship they are not proving that they are successful sellers so what they need to show you are screenshots from their PayPal account or their eBay account and that's just the start because you know showing that you make money on eBay or PayPal doesn't necessarily show that you're making a profit but it is a start and if they're not showing you that basic information then you should not use them as a teacher because they have not proven anything to you and you don't want to get you know involved or start paying some of these people when you don't even know if they are making profit themselves so that's my two tips for how to find a good mentor if you guys have any other tips please drop them in the comments of this video I'd love to hear you guys have to say and I've not please give it a thumbs up and I will see you guys in the next video
