what's up fellow dropshippers in today's video i'm gonna let you listen in as I call obey to get some negative feedback removed for feedback extortion now what is feedback extortion that's when the buyer threatens to leave negative feedback if you don't do something that's not covered by eBay's policies so for instance if the buyer says I'm gonna leave you negative feedback if you don't refund to me without me having to ship back this item here I go over exactly how I do this in my new course which is coming out soon all about eBay dropshipping but I'll let you guys listen in as I call obey to get the feedback removed what happened here

What happened

was that the buyer left feet negative feedback saying that they didn't like the item there was something wrong with it so I messaged them and or emailed them and said you have to open up a return case and I said they have to send back the item which they refuse to do and they started calling me a scoundrel they said I'm only seeking good feedback so I'm hoping that the fact that they mentioned feedback and want me to refund them money will be enough to actually count as feedback manipulation or feedback extortion so let's call eBay and see if we can convince them of that yes I'm calling

about some negative feedback I'd received recently I was hoping you guys could take a look at it because um the buyer had been threatening to leave that feedback before he actually left it if I didn't refund him without him shipping back the item to me

yeah and then they threatened to contact you guys and not leave good feedback and you know they refused to return the item they wanted me just to refund them without them returning it I think they said a few times that they were gonna report me for some reason and they would feedback great thank you so much I know
