thing that you know pabs does get right but it also does show us the uh coherence of this cuz a lot of you know uh text to video models aren't really that good but pabs I don't know what they have their secret source is but they do have some secret Source the people that were there...area because it means that you know with competition comes you know better models or better results and better software so I can't wait to see what else Runway does and I'm going to show you some more p lab examples in a moment so once again with pick a 1. 0 this person actually did a side
missing one here is Hicksfield AI, a video generator that recently released to the public. And this one really shines in generating humans, which also includes getting human anatomy right, which is something that a lot of these generators are not very good at. Good luck making shots of somebody walking or, god forbid, something more complicated like dancing...camera presets where you can really precisely control the camera. Now, this camera control can be found in many other of these tools like Runway, but Hicksfield just does this best and most reliably. So, if you need to generate images of humans reliably, Hicksfield is probably your best choice, although the quality might not be best in some other
video and this is what I'm talking about when I say that video is something that's pretty important we can see that in this demo right here which they've shown us there's actually decent consistency in terms of the wave and how things actually move around it and then of course there's another example somewhere...morphing into the boat everything looks PR pretty realistic here I know this is just like a short demo but that's not something you actually see at Runway at all that kind of motion these waves crashing around you didn't see that in runways at all and we don't see that in pabs which means that
Another option you have obviously is runway. They really have been pioneering from the beginning and they have the most comprehensive set of tooling here because they've been doing it for so long. Their brand new model is now on par with some of the second generation models like Google Vo Minia and some of the other S tier...quite there. But the tooling is really good and that's why it landed in a tier. And when I say tooling, I don't just mean image to video. That's sort of the standard requirement. I mean things like inpainting or lip-s syncing. Not all of them are available with the new model
people might say that the quality isn't good the temporal consistency isn't good I would disagree and like I said and this is a key thing because videos are being shared around the resolution is getting lower and that is going to impact how people actually do see this and I think that is an important thing...something that we need to you know take a look at because when you've seen Sora and of course Jenna 2 combined SL compared we can see that Runway which is you know arguably the second SL you know Top Cabs or whatever um we can see that Runway generation 2 doesn't really have any good temporal consistency
this monthly ranking that we update in the free area of our community you can check back in at the beginning of every month and we update these for video generators image generators and llms and the top tier ones are these four so although meta movie gen is not available just yet we can already compare it and have...just ran the prompt through the generator so this is going to look wildly different but we can judge the quality all right so here's the result from Runway which is a whole lot more abstract and the whole mirror thing didn't exactly work out I mean I guess there's a mirror element
skills, build your team, and really become the master of your niche, while the newbies struggle to get in at this later point. In the final section of this video, I'll break down the process of starting your own AI services business step by step. So, in short, we're still so early to this, and AI will continue...trillions and trillions into the AI transition. We've just got a new presidency in America with a very, very pro- AAI administration. So, we have another four-year runway that's going to be all about AI and all sort of positive wins about our back. We have an industry that is so diverse that whether you want
over did you quickly just go through the other because I want to make sure I hit them so everybody kind of knows like the different types b-roll videos stitched together uh AI animated imagery uh which would be stitched together those are kind of the two that I had mentioned now we're seeing sort of enhancements...takes that image and makes it more uh of an enhancement I've seen people cut fake movie trailers from images I think they're generated through Runway from yeah taking a source image probably from mid Journey sequencing those together and making them move first of all I want to just tell our audience something if you're skeptical
that extension right now that was turned on that I showed you in the beginning on the extensions tab to get the most benefit out of looking into YouTube videos okay this next tip is going to be probably for most of us one of the most useful things we could do with any Ai and it's really...latest document I made inside of Google docs give me a one sentence recap and looks like here's the latest document something Andrew shared with me about Runway so I could click on it just from here I could get a bigger summary I could do any prompting that I would do typically inside of here with this document
source and certainly money in the bank I had five months of money at which was literally my Runway as you would call it in the startup world my Runway was 5 months and uh speaking gigs was what I just started to pay for that but then Co happened and that too stopped which was a sous event because...literally LinkedIn India has two creators web and anur varu right web would write [ __ ] he's a kid 20 one year old but varu would put out videos sitting in his office with a phone uh talking directly to the camera uh probably uh you know like in the same direction but much lower production right and You' been
actually pull up AI Fusion Masters uh profile since we'll be talking about him. So, he does these kind of like AI president type videos and is super successful at that. So, what I can do is be like, okay, he has this model of buff giants, right? maybe I want to take this and put a spin...going to do that niche, we need to make some content, right? So, we'll say buffed uh Obama wearing designer clothing on a runway. uh shoot that off. And you can also upload reference images here. Uh so if you know had specific people that might not be as well known or uh you know using your friends
only has text to video there's no image to video capabilities or camera motion or any advanced features it's just text to video that's how all video tools usually start then they add things later on the generations are 6C long with no manual controls again this is the first release of the tool that...amazing and I'll leave with one last comment here on why I actually think this tool might be even better than the current state-of-the-art with Runway genre Luma laabs dream machine and cling the anatomy and the hands in this model are almost Flawless most of the time they must have really watched out for that
make something work. And that's a longass time that you're not getting demonstrable return on investment as somebody that probably doesn't have much of a runway in this business anyway. So, instead of making content and blasting it out with a megaphone like services like Instagram and stuff like that allow you to do, if this...then give newer creators the opportunity to rise the top. But the reality is it requires a really high volume of content and every one of these videos usually requires some sort of editing or some sort of overengineering. Um you also struggle with the lead quality. You get a lot of tower kickers on short form content man because
gravel, showcasing the car's controller speed. So, I think, you know, depending on what you actually want here, you know, you're really going to have to judge. Runway Gen 4 doesn't really look that best here. But here's the thing about, you know, generative AI is that all of these responses are going to be different...three are going to be terrible or sometimes the first two are going to be good and the next terrible. So that's one thing when it comes to video models. You do have to burn through a lot of credits to kind of gauge if the model can actually do what you're asking it to do and sometimes
significant that I wanted to spend all the time on it. If you didn't see that video and you enjoy the show, I highly recommend you check the video out. It really shows the capability of this and where I think the AI space is going next, which is these browser agents that have the ability to fetch context...just bootstrap and monetize here. And then you can see that it notices what I clicked and it develops the rest of the app afterwards. So it updates the runway, etc. And there you go. We have five paying customers with 2. 4K MR. And it gives me new choices. And it's building all of this
have a big release. Runway came out with a brand new foundational model, the successor to Gen 3. They're calling it Gen 4, and I'm about to show you a bunch of comparisons to some of the other best models in the space. So, let's do it. Okay. And right away, even from the first example...just really trying to be nitpicky here, but you can make up your own mind based on these examples. And we did run a few extra image to video tests here. So, we'll show both the images and the resulting videos here. So, this first one was really easy and it handled it quite well, but the other ones
said before the photo realism here is incredible I mean looking at this character you know many people on Twitter would always talk about how oh this you know video has you know morphing it has this had that I truly want to know what is wrong with this clip because other than it being a little bit slow...kind of look at things there but I think this is definitely super impressive so overall I think this model is genuinely super impressive because I think what Runway have showed us is that their research and the foundations and the things that they've actually you know spoken about such as their General World models and basically Runway actually
finding this advice useful and you want to make sure you apply it in your life, but you're worried that once you click off of this video, you're going to forget about it. Nothing's going to change. What if there was a way that every single week you could get a reminder about what you need...short term. The reason we work on our enablers and our retrieval skills first is because once we have these locked down, it gives us the runway, the time, the safety to slowly start working on our encoding skills. And yes, once you do improve your encoding skills, it is legitimately life-changing. The amount and the efficiency that
repairs on the fly. In press releases, it was framed as a successful exercise. From an Okonaman perspective, though, such an exercise is unsettling at best. Preparing to repair runways is an implicit recognition that Kadina is no longer just the forward operating base for the US Air Force in the region, it's potentially also a first target...want to get ahead, there's another way to watch.
