What's going on everyone? Ali Akbar here. Every single day on this channel I teach you how to build a real e-commerce business using white label drop shipping. Today we're going to be talking about the newest addition to white label drop shipping, which is the Cyprus Rotundus Skin Serum. I know it's a mouthful, but when you hear that it's done $3. 4 million in sales over the last 180 days, and you can launch this via drop shipping, you will learn how to say this name. Okay. uh comment research down below and I will send you all of the research my team and I have done for this business absolutely for free including supplier links, sourcing strategy, break even point analysis, the realistic Facebook ad strategy, how to go from 10 to 100 to a million backend revenue, the risks associated, and an entire summary if you don't want to read our uh 25page report. The first thing that we're going to do is we're going to track this store because I want you guys to see firsthand how much money the store is making. Okay, in this month alone, it's generated about $178,000 in revenue. And the sales confidence is very good in this one. And it says the revenue is likely even higher than what's been shown here, which is always good to see. If you go back 180 days, we'll see that the sales revenue for this particular store is 3. 4 million. And only 11 other people are actually even tracking this store. It it's on its highest days, it's doing about $33,000 in sales with 980 orders coming in. And on average days, it's doing about 10k a day in sales. And that's on average days, right? Most of their traffic is coming from the US, which is why I know that this is a good store to go after. And the best part is that they only sell one product. So now we are sure that everything about this $3. 4 million business comes from one product, which means that if we launch this product, we can launch it with a high level of confidence. All right. So now, so now what I want to do is I want to take a look at the actual product that they're selling right here. I can go into their competitor's ads. Okay. And I can just find one of the ads that they they've been running and look at what their product looks like. Um they're running a ton of different pages. Let me actually find the product page for you. All right. So this is the product. Okay. The product is called a Cypress Rotunda skin serum. Right. So you get smoother, hairfree skin with an Egyptian botanical serum that's clinically proven to progressively weaken unwanted hair. So this is basically a hair remover serum. And this is how it works, right? You take the serum, you put it on wherever you want your hair removed, right? And then that is basically um how this particular product works, right? So slows unwanted hair regrowth, eliminates thick stubble, heals and softens and soothes skin and progressively thins hair to invisibility. Uh meaning that once you put this on, you know, you no longer have to invest in like other ways to remove hair. Now one thing guys that I am becoming more and more cognizant of is anything that has anything to do with hair removal works so well on meta ads. Like we've seen so many big businesses just off of this one problem and um marketers continually target these problems and come up with new innovative solutions for it. Right? So hair removal has been a multi multi-million dollar drop shipping category for a really long time. And I've seen like uh hair remover devices. I've seen laser hair remover. I've seen different types of trimmers. I've seen it for men. women. Now, this is one of the first times I'm looking at like a serum, and it's more so like a beauty serum that not only softens your skin, but it also removes hair. It's two, it's multi-purpose. Another thing that I really like about this product is look at the way that it's, you know, how sleek it is, the dimensions of it. It's one of these products that I think is going to be very appealing, right, to women. Um again let's uh you know if we're going to sell this we have to really understand its benefits right look at this right it really removes hair and this is what happens in a six-month time period right softens hair thins hair near invisible confidence restored and freedom from daily removal and that's what women are looking for I think this bottle and the way that it's uh the way that it looks and feels I think it's going to work and you know guys I don't need to tell you but this is one of the best product pages that I have seen in a while to sell a women's product. And um you know, this is a $3 million this is a

$3 million uh product page that we're looking at and it's done everything extremely well. Now, let's take a look at some of the economics of this business because I think that's important. Now, what they're doing is uh when you come in here, you have the 25% auto refill, right? which I think most people are going to take the 25% auto refill, right? Otherwise, I think this is very strategically done, right? Where um you're going to save 25% if you take a month supply. And what they're saying, okay, on their marketing right here is that you need to use it for 6 months at least for the freedom from daily removal, right? So, yes, you could try it or you could subscribe, save 25% off, try it for a few months, and see the results. What I'm thinking is most people are not getting just a one month supply. They're turning this off and they're actually saving with 25% automatic refunds. I think that's what's happening in this situation. And they're getting tons of subscribers coming into their business every single day. Okay, which is going to be insane because if you look at the margins of this business again, let's go back to white label drop shipping. Let's open up the advanced research, right? Let's go here to the sourcing strategy, right? Um, actually, I think I'm going to need to download this. Give me a second. Let me just download this and then um uh we'll go to the sourcing strategy here, right? And we will show you. Okay, so right here in sourcing, okay, you'll see. Okay, if I go here to the sourcing strategy, it is about seven bucks a bottle if I get it from AliExpress. Okay. Um, and so that is extremely cheap. And if I actually private label it, it's for about a dollar per bottle. Okay. So, the margins on this are freaking crazy, right? Seven if I drop ship it and a dollar if I private label it. margins on this product are absolutely insane. And if I have people that have subscribed to me that want to buy from me every single month, dude, that is the best way to grow this business. All right. And what it looks like is this product is all natural. The the success rate of this product looks super high. Okay. Um, it's one of those products that even if women get, you know, some results from it and that they can notice that their results are working, they recommend it to friends and family, it grows organically with word of mouth. It has that whole transformation aspect for it because you will see when we're running ads for this product. All we have to do is show before it's there's a lot of hair. After there's not That's why these products work so well, right? because it's a transformation product and it is easier to advertise. So, I love the absolute I absolutely love the subscription angle that they're doing because I love having a bit like monthly recurring revenue in any business because you don't start the month from zero. You know that at a bare minimum you're going to make some money, right? So, so that's great. And then they're also pairing this with Egyptian secrets which is an ebook talking about how this product works. They have a mystery gift. I'm not sure what this is. And they have free shipping. So, they have these free gifts. So, they've really created an awesome offer. And it doesn't matter whether you're subscribed or you buy a month supply. What I would do to improve conversions is if they actually do the automatic refill, then the gifts unlock. And that would push way more people towards the automatic refill. That's just me personally. Okay. But yeah, this product page, this offer, the pricing, the margins, they're absolutely insane. In fact, if we look at the margins, um it is about uh a 30 80% gross margins if we do uh drop shipping. And um if we do private labeling, right, our gross margins are about 85% at scale. 85% at scale, which is which is incredible. Okay, which is incredible. So, now let's go into the specific advertising angles that are being used because that's important to understand if we're going to go ahead and market and sell this product. So, I know this is an incredibly big business because they've run about 4,300 different ads. All right. What I'm also seeing is that they're using uh different influencer or influencer style pages. So, they're not just running ads from their page, they're running ads from multiple different pages. a common strategy when you look at really big businesses and they're not just targeting the women. There are men that have also been u been uh you know go going ahead and using this particular product you know specifically targeting bald men right uh that will help you know because bald men need to shave

their head every so often right so this helps that and so that's that's looking like a really cool strategy and we're also seeing a ton of image ads and for someone that's getting into this I would say focus on the image ads I would literally ads, right? Video ads are great, right? But I think focusing on the image ads for this product makes a ton of sense. Now, I don't know a lot in terms of like who influencers, you know, in terms like I can spot that this is what I'm trying to say. an AI ad from a mile away. I could be wrong, but let's see. So, I'm going to just play this and I'll tell you. Okay. So, this is what I like to call um a hybrid ad where there's an AI influencer just like this and she's talking about um you know the on a podcast style like how um you know the problems with hair care, hair loss, XYZ and in the middle you'll see clips of the product, how it works, what it does, all of that stuff. Okay, so you'll see all of those clips right here. So, I like these because when you have like a podcast style ad and you have you've layered on other uh video clips, it just brings the whole ad together. And then you will always have these type of ads, these really heavily um these really heavily uh centered before after ads where they show the hair growth, they show the person taking it and then they show the after. Right? And this is it. And this 20 second ad is going to be extremely easy for anybody to create with AI or just with um clips that are already available online like this. This is the ad. So you your ad strategy for this is this 20 second ad showing the product and showing the transformation and then letting the product page do the heavy lifting or I'd say run this uh before after image ad and that's it. That's literally it. That is how simple advertising for this product can be. Okay. And when you look at their um ads, when you study it, you will see this pattern emerge again and again. And one thing that they really what I'm seeing is focusing on is the chin area, right? All the different things you have to do in this area to be able to work, right? Um versus and then this is it. They're just using this one podcast style person um to continuously um sell the product. And I think this is a easy uh product for any beginner to get in and advertise. All right. So I want to talk about some very interesting things that I found um while researching this product. Right? So let's just talk about that very quickly before we get into the launch strategy. All right. So this is the research. When you're getting at about three orders a day for 7 to 10 days where you've basically proven demand, that's when you're going to want to switch and actually private label this product. So that's private labeling means you go from drop shipping to a supplier and then you order inventory in bulk. The reason you want to do this is because this business actually thrives on subscriptions. Okay? So don't stay in drop shipping for too long. Um the capital requirement to this business for um private label or putting your logo on is very cheap. You know, your first private label order is going only going to be about $640 to $920. So, and think about it, it's 44 bucks a pop. So, that's going to be very interesting uh for us to do, right? Your timeline, this is what your timeline looks like in terms of how you're going to build this brand out, right? and um your this is what you would do in terms of reorder planning. This is what you're going to need to do. Okay. Now, let's take a look at the targeting. Okay. You're going to look at about um this is like the you know this is a product that you know women from the entire age spectrum can use. But what I'm seeing is a lot of older women are being targeted with this which I think is cool. Right? These are some of the behavior signals and some of the exclusions that you need to take care of. Right? And these are the top six ad angles that you should test if you're planning on going after this product. These are the realistic uh CPA and rorowass benchmarks that you want to hit on week 1, month two, and month four. And this is really important, right? In month this these are your targets essentially, right? It's very important to basically set some goals, right? If you're going after a product, so in month one to month two, you're looking at hitting 5 to 15K. In month two to three, you're looking at 15 to 40. And then in month 3 to 5, you're looking at 40 to 80K per month. All right. Now, why this product

scales faster than others is because it has a very high EO E AOV. It has existing demands and there's a ton of organic sales that you can do. So, every Tik Tok video you post about the product has a realistic chance of getting 10 to 50 500k views organically because the ingredient is trending. So, be sure to take that into account. and your anali annualized revenue even on a moderate is 1. 2 million if this product works for you really well. Okay, then there's a ton of back-end systems that you can put in place and there's risks associated with this product as well. So, make sure to understand all of those risks. And this is the executive business summary. Again, this is just that snapshot of what you're going to want to take a look at when you are um uh going into this business. That's how simple it is. You can basically just change up the logo. Okay. and you can start launching this brand as your own. You don't have to change up any of the text. images.
