Sometimes if your hamstrings are really tight, they can pull on your pelvis and shift things around which can cause more back issues. So that's why keeping them flexible and straight. And Brad's just showing off cuz I'm a little tighter than him in the hamstrings. — Yeah. But the stretch out strap that I'm using is really helpful for this. You don't have to have it. Mike has doing this and you'll get a stretch like this and that may be just fine. If you like it and you want to get a more aggressive stretch and be more relaxed while you're doing it, the strap is really uh covers all of that territory. Easier to do and you're more relaxed, you get a better stretch. — So, I'm just pulling up here roughly 90° angle and then you just try to kick your foot up towards the ceiling and get as straight as you can. You're going to notice a difference if your foot is put down versus up and just kind of hold a stretch there. You can kind of go in and out and hold it for five seconds each time or you can just hold it for a duration of time like 15 to 30 seconds if that feels better.
