THIS SKILL JUST BECAME MORE VALUABLE THAN AI... 🤯

Communication, compassion, creativity, courage. It's those uniquely human things, like an ability to sit here and have a conversation with another human being. Trying to figure out how to be great at these human skills, I think it's going to be the key. So, you actually have these five C's, five capabilities in your book, uh which are all of the things that AI can't automate and the types of uh human skills that we should really be concentrating on. Can you break that down for us? If a lot of people have an AI tool that they have access to, that can do a lot of what we've historically called hard skills, then that becomes a little bit more democratized and what becomes more valuable and important are the actual unique human skills on top of it. We've historically talked about that as soft skills and we call them soft skills, it kind of feels like, oh, they're not that important or, you know, no one needs to pay attention to them. Ironically, now they're probably the most important uh in my view. Like, just communication, um compassion, creativity, courage. These things where to go above and beyond, to stand out, to really be effective in your job. Not only do you need to know how to use AI or the tools, but you have to be able to like get things done. So, trying to figure out how to be great at these human skills, I think it's going to be the key.
