Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00)
It sounds unbelievable, but Raul Castro is now officially a fugitive from United States justice. Just weeks before turning 95 years old, he is now the subject of an arrest warrant. Today, we are announcing an indictment charging Rule Castro and several others with conspiracy to kill US nationals. There was a warrant issued for his arrest. So, um, we expect that he will show up here by his own will or by another way. — The federal prosecutor's office for the Southern District of Florida has charged Raul Castro, former Cuban dictator and Fidel Castro's brother, with seven counts, four of them for murder, two for the destruction of aircraft and one final count for conspiracy to kill citizens of the United States of America. The indictment was made public this past May 20th, coinciding with Cuba's Independence Day. The events for which he is now being charged took place no less than 30 years ago in February 1996 when Mig 29 fighter jets from the Cuban Air Force shot down two civilian Cessna aircraft with missiles. Two unarmed planes belonging to brothers to the rescue, a Miami based organization formed by Cuban exiles. The goal of this group to help and rescue the rafters trying to escape from Cuba. Well, in that attack, three US citizens and one permanent resident were killed. And who was Ral Castro at that time? The Minister of Defense. And that is why he is accused of having given the order to shoot the planes down. For the first time in nearly 70 years, senior leadership of the Cuban regime has been charged in this country for acts of violence resulting in the deaths of American citizens. Nations and their leaders cannot be permitted to target Americans, kill them, and not face accountability. — But the real question is this. We're talking about something that happened back in 1996. So, why is this issue resurfacing now? What's really behind an indictment that arrives 30 years later? I'll be looking at a legal pretext that could justify a military extraction operation Maduro style in Venezuela, but this time in the heart of Cuba. Could this be a direct threat against the regime itself? Well, that's exactly what many people are saying, and it cannot be ruled out. In a moment, we'll give you more details. But there's even more. The indictment of Ral Castro by the United States justice system already represents a direct missile strike against the waterline of the Castro regime. The story doesn't end there. Friends, the noose has started tightening and Marco Rubio, the architect behind this entire operation, has just issued an order that is going to keep more than one person awake at night. Take a look at this. ICSI arrests sister of corrupt official profitering from Cuban military controlled organization. Marco Rubio has begun declaring as deportable people who, despite having fully legal immigration status in the United States, maintain direct ties to the Cuban regime. The first of all has been this woman, Addis Lstres Morera, a Cuban woman who arrived in the United States in early 2023, works in the real estate sector in Florida, and who will now be deported for being the sister of Ania Guiamina Lstre Morera. And who the hell is this woman? Well, pay attention because here's where things get pretty interesting. Ania is one of those littleknown figures within Castroism who nevertheless hold immense power. Not only are we talking about a member of the National Assembly of People's Power and a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, more importantly, and this is the key point, since 2022, she has been the executive president of the Business Administration Group SA, better known as Giza. — Yeah, you heard that right. The United States is going to deport the sister of the woman who runs the company that controls 70% of the entire Cuban economy, a massive business conglomerate through which almost all of the Castro regime's economic activity and business operations are funneled. And why is this so important? Because the message from Rubio and the American justice system seems crystal clear. The days of robbing the Cuban people while sending your family to live comfortably and luxuriously in the United States are over. That's finished. And from now on, any Cuban citizen connected to the Castro government or to regime insiders will go to sleep every night wondering whether one day they might run into ICE and end up deported. And that is a very important paradigm shift. Well, then in this video, we're going to lay out two key elements that may be behind Washington's ultimate strategy to suffocate the Cuban government. Because on one side we have the indictment of the political and military big fish Ral Castro himself and on the other a much more aggressive campaign against everything connected to Gaisa, the regime's economic and financial muscle. So the questions practically ask themselves. What could the prosecution of Ral Castro on the seven charges we mentioned earlier actually mean in practice? What is Marco Rubio trying to achieve by going directly after Gaysa? Well, that's exactly what we're going to examine. Pay close attention to what's coming because things in Cuba may be about to spiral very quickly.
Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00)
— The countdown begins. All right, as we've just seen in the last few hours, two major pressure moves have been launched against the Havana regime. The indictment of Raul Castro by the American justice system and the deportation order against the sister of the very woman leading gay sir. Two sides of the same coin, both aimed at one objective, putting far greater pressure on the regime amid negotiations that, as we know, have been taking place for weeks. Of course, the implications could be very different. So, if you're ready, let's begin with Raul's transformation into an official fugitive from the United States. Pay close attention to this headline. Castro could be captured like Maduro. Trump administration hints. — Visual politic community. Acting attorney general Todd Bloun has made it crystal clear this indictment is not a show. Ral Castro will either appear before the American justice system willingly or he risks doing so the hard way. And this is where many believe the script could repeat itself for a third time. In February 1988, a federal court in Miami charged Panameanian dictator Manuel Antonio Noriega with drug trafficking and moneyaundering. And later in December 1989, the United States invaded Panama, captured Noriega, and brought him before a Florida court. Then, much more recently, and still fresh in everyone's memory, there's the case of Nicholas Maduro, formerly charged by the Department of Justice in March 2020, Maduro was extracted from Venezuela on January 3rd, 2026 in order to face justice with Noriega. George HW Bush's administration presented the operation as a law enforcement action, allowing it to argue that it did not require congressional authorization under war powers legislation. That was the first time in history that the de facto leader of a sovereign nation was forcibly brought to the United States to face criminal charges. And not long ago with Maduro, the exact same pattern repeated itself. The 2020 narot terrorism indictment remained dormant for years until in January this year, it became the legal excuse used to capture the Venezuelan strong man. Will history repeat itself with Raul? Well, this is where things start becoming a bit confusing because let's be honest, we all know by now that if Maduro left Caracas without any resistance whatsoever, it was because the regime apparatus itself, specifically the faction led by Deli and Jorge Rodriguez, who now effectively run Venezuela, sold him out. And it's far from clear that in Cuba there is some kind of deli figure capable of playing a similar role in Raul Castro's case. Which leads us to two possible hypotheses about what all of this could actually mean. The first possibility is that the United States is seeking a shock effect, a warning shot aimed at a dictator, Miguel Diaz Canel, and the rest of the leadership, pressuring them to finally open the door to conditions for regime change under the direct threat of ending up before an American court. Because, of course, many more figures could follow Raul Castro. In short, a threat designed to increase pressure. something that also lines up with another development we've seen in recent days. A significant increase in US fighter jet and surveillance drone flights around the island. And the Pentagon is doing it in a way that ensures everyone sees it, even leaving its aircraft visible on completely public flight tracking apps like Flight Radar 24. The US military has been publicly broadcasting the location of military surveillance flights near Cuba on plane tracking websites. For example, the United States is deploying the Navy P8 Poseidon aircraft as well as MQ4C Triton surveillance drones, one of the most advanced intelligence and reconnaissance drones in the world. And of course, it's impossible not to compare this with Venezuela because during the weeks leading up to Maduro's extraction, the Pentagon did exactly the same thing, publicly displaying its reconnaissance flights on websites like Flight Radar 24 as a form of pressure. On top of that, the Pentagon is also carrying out other operations. Without going any further, US Southern Command recently released a welcome video for the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz and its strike group entering the Caribbean Sea. And of course, as you can already imagine, the panic that this kind of deployment must be generating in Cuba, especially considering the Maduro precedent. Now then, would they really be willing to accept the possible cost of extracting Raul Castro through a Venezuela style operation without a Deli type agreement and under the possible resistance of the regime security forces? Careful here, we're talking about resistance, that would probably be laughable given the disastrous condition of the Cuban military. But even a small amount of real resistance would already be greater and far riskier than what they faced in Venezuela. And logically that raises doubts. Which is why another possibility, the second hypothesis in fact, is that there may already be something like a Cuban deli. Under this hypothesis, Raul Castro could become a bargaining chip in exchange for an opening on the island. Although truthfully, as things stand today, the overwhelming majority of analysts agree
Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00)
that this does not seem very likely. But once again, the mere threat alone could shake the tree and perhaps even crack the regime's internal cohesion. Forcing a regime change would be too risky. I don't think there's an obvious deli Rodriguez in Cuba, and power works differently in Cuba than in Venezuela. It's hard to find what they're looking for, but I do think they're looking for some sort of governing structure. Now then, as I told you at the beginning of the video, the United States is not only increasing pressure through the indictment of Ral Castro. It has also started going much more aggressively after Gatisa, the all powerful military-controlled conglomerate through which directly or indirectly 70% of the country's economy flows, which is an astonishing figure when you think about it. And this is where Marco Rubio's pressure campaign could play a key role in the final outcome. Take a look at this video released by Marco Rubio himself just a few days ago. Control. Rubio is going after Gatsessa. And what exactly is Gatsa? Well, for those of you who aren't Cuban, pay close attention because there are a few very important things you need to understand. You see, the most powerful entity in Cuba is probably neither the Communist Party nor Diaz Canel's government itself. Today, the most powerful entity in Cuba is GASA. It is not a normal state institution, but rather a business conglomerate directly controlled by the military. And where did this giant come from? Well, hold on tight because its origin has a first and last name. You guessed it, Raul Castro. Back in the 1980s, Raul, who at the time was Minister of Defense, pressured Fidel into allowing him to reorganize the military's business interests. And when the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991 and Cuba lost its great financial patron, the army could barely even pay its troops. So, Fidel ended up handing over key sectors such as tourism to the military. And from that point onward, the monster never stopped growing, especially once Raul became president in 2008 because that was the moment when Gatisa stopped being merely an important player and effectively became the owner of Cuba itself. Through its subsidiaries, Gabota and Syx, they control the island's best hotels and luxury boutiques, diving centers, hundreds of gas stations, money transfer businesses, the country's only internet provider, currency exchange houses, supermarkets. This conglomerate even controls the International Financial Bank, one of the country's largest commercial banks, giving it control over Cuba's foreign currency reserves. In other words, we're talking about a true state within the state. And in fact, Gatisa does not even allow the Cuban government to audit its accounts. It keeps all the profits it generates, hides them from the central bank, and redirects them towards the military class, which is the group that truly holds power. In fact, in 2024, the official responsible for auditing the state's finances admitted that she had no idea about Gatis's finances. And do you know what has happened? She was fired after 14 years in the position just like that. And here comes perhaps the most outrageous part of all this. While Cuba is falling apart, while Cubans endure blackouts lasting more than 20 hours and stand in line just to get a piece of bread, Gatsa is focused on building luxury hotels that are practically empty. And pay attention because this is absolutely insane. In 2024, Cuba spent almost 40% of its national budget on tourism and hospitality, around $1. 5 billion, despite having hotel occupancy rates of only 30%. In other words, the tourism budget was roughly 11 times greater than spending on education and healthcare combined. An absolutely outrageous figure. And last year, without going any further, Gatisa inaugurated a five-star Ibero star hotel in the tallest building in Cuba, while at its feet stretches a Havana filled with houses literally falling apart. And why are they doing this? Well, basically because the military elite is obsessed with squeezing out every last penny, accumulating assets, and taking kickbacks from construction projects along the way. Well, then, this is the monster that Marco Rubio has just declared war on. And the opening shot was not just the deportation of Anna Alstres's sister that we mentioned at the beginning. — US sanctions target Cuba's military regime elites. The Trump administration has directly sanctioned Gatsa, its president, Anil Astress, and several companies linked to the island's mining and financial sectors. And pay close
Segment 4 (15:00 - 18:00)
attention because these sanctions freeze all assets under US jurisdiction, prohibit transactions with American citizens and companies, and also threaten to punish foreign entities that dare to collaborate with these structures. And it goes even further than that. The Treasury Department has also imposed new sanctions against a large number of government figures. In other words, what we are witnessing is an unprecedented financial and personal siege against the entire leadership of the regime. And this is where things become really interesting because inside Gatsa, there is one name that could be the key to everything. Elan Grajo, which means the crab. His real name is Raul Gumo Rodriguez Castro and he is none other than Raul Castro's own grandson. And although Gatsa has formerly been headed by Anna Lashres since 2022, the Crab maintains extremely close ties with her. In fact, flight records show that in 2024, the two flew together by private jet to Panama, where GAESA has multiple companies registered in order to evade US sanctions. Of course, the crab has now become a key figure in the secret negotiations with Washington. It was he who first met with Marco Rubio's team earlier this year. Although he is not the only Castro sitting at that table, there is also Oscar Perez, Olivivera Frager, the Castro family's great nephew and current deputy prime minister and minister of foreign trade. In other words, right now there are two Castros directly negotiating Cuba's future with the United States. Two Castros who coincidentally are deeply involved in the island's economic monopoly. And this is where all the pieces of the puzzle start fitting together because look carefully at Rubio's strategy. He indictes Raul in order to keep pressure directly on him. He suffocates Gatisa in order to cut off the financial oxygen supply to the regime insiders and he deports family members of cashist elites who had been living comfortably in Miami. The message is crystal clear. Either you negotiate a transition now or at the very least a change acceptable to Washington or you risk losing absolutely everything. And this is precisely where the hypothesis of a possible Cuban deli reappears. Because if the younger generation of Castros sees that the ship is sinking, they could eventually do something similar to what the Rodriguez clan did in Venezuela. Break with the old guard and sell out the old regime. Now then, what do you think? Do you believe that the formal indictment against Raul and the arrest warrant issued by the American justice system are the beginning of a real plan to change things in Cuba once and for all? If this happens, do you think a total regime change is more likely? Or rather, a Venezuelan style Kameha decaras with reforms overseen by Marco Rubio. Is Cuba about to change forever?
